★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my second dose of the covid vaccine here and I was very surprised to experience extreme pain while the vaccine was being administered. I got my first dose at a mass clinic and I felt no pain with the nurses there, unfortunately my experience wasn’t the same here. Definitely an error on the pharmacists part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest service I've seen at a pharmacy. Watching them work reminded me of cartoons of sloths - taking forever for 1 piece of paper to be processed. I arrived on time at 6pm for my rapid COVID test appointment. They only managed to take take the sample 40mins later. After that I was asked to come back after 30mins for the results, but was made to wait again while they printed and signed it. For the same appointment at Shoppers you can be in and out within 20mins including results. The main nurse/pharmacist seems to genuinely care about patients, but the whole store needs to get much better at queue management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service rep was nice but they should have more people over there for attending customers as I had appointment for my Vaccine but I waited for 30 minutes in line just to confirm my info and after that I waited again to get a vaccination. 3 stars only for the customer service rep but this pharmacy should hire more people specially for weekend. No appointment system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i wanna give them 0 star if possible, i booked appointment for vaccination and went there on time and still waited for more than 1 hour.after waiting for long when i reminded them about the appointment they kept on saying to wait.they don’t care about your time.people have important stuff to do!!!
