I really appreciate the whole team for their consistent efforts. Most of the times I met Charu for help & assistance and I highly recommend her for wonderful customer service, she always helped me and my wife whenever we visited there for any test or consultation.

This clinic was one of the finest clinic before pandemic.
It had blood work lab, good staff n doctors.
Now after pandemic even when whole world is on and All the doctors are seeing patients. This clinic still don't want any patients to see doctors personally . Thats really weird . I just don't understand why they are still running the clinic. ?
Hope Management improves its policy .

Owner hope you are enquiring about the staff work ..not just about money . Ridiculous I will make sure none of my friends and family members visit here . God bless the patient who goes here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called the doctor to make an appointment to get a x ray done and get some medicine. This doctor referred me to go see another doctor or clinic to do that? We spend our hard earned tax money for these doctors to not do anything for us. The health care system is ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a waste of time? I only met my family doctor twice in 2 years - Dr. Fathima. The first time when I was onboarded, second when I demanded to see her. The rest were all assistants, they are good until I had a chat with a guy who was taunting me. Have you ever seen a patient probe the doctor to get to understand things, that's what happened here I decided to change. In my new place, I at-least get to consult the doctor every time who reviews what the assistants do.

They are never in clinic and give poor service.
My doctor Dr Fatima is never in clinic.Always insist you make phone consultation so they can charge money in least amount of time and move to next patient.
Do yourself and loved one favor by finding another doctor who at least will see you in person and is available when you need them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. If I could give zero I would. First of all you can never see a doctor, it's always an assistant. I did an ultrasound, My phone appointment was 12 :30-2. I called at 2 and was told i was next inline .still no call at 4 .I was told someone called twice which is a lie.no record on my phone to show they called no message, it's now 5:23 still no call. I think they are very unprofessional. Time to find another doctor . My doctor is Dr Fatima. I am now wondering if the test that was done was read correctly.
