s	steve drewett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's hard to believe the attitude the reception staff have,they seem to believe it is their job to put up as many hurdles as possible to hinder a patient from seeing a doctor.I made an appointment for Friday on Monday,received a phone call yesterday offering an appointment for 10th August,when i mentioned i already had an appointment booked told to wait,several minutes later i had confirmation for Friday. I would suggest if looking for a family doctor or clinic use Alpha care as last resort.

The doctors are very professional and will assist every patient in an understanding, knowledgeable and informative manner. The environment is so friendly and I’m very satisfied with both Alpha Care Medical Clinic and the pharmacy!!

They have helped me and my family with all of our needs. The girls at the front always go above and beyond for us when we come in. Dr. Malek always makes time to see us and explains everything so that we understand. Peter and his pharmacy staff are exceptional. I couldn’t ask for a better place.

Dr. Malek takes his time and gives you the attention you need. The receiptions are great as well. They always pick up the phone and get you the earliest appointment needed. I always enjoy going in and seeing them all. Thank you all for being caring and thoughtful throughout my years as your patient.

For those who love to give negative reviews, please remember that Alpha care is doing it's best to provide care and medication to all patients making sure there is no one left behind given the current post pandemic situation. While some people forget, this place was open all along during the beginning of COVID till present and even delivering medication to people's homes. I've been coming to this place with my family for years now and will continue to do so as long as we are in Georgetown. Honestly, honestly, this is the place to go to for all your health concerns. If there are more than five stars to rate this location, I will give it all the stars there is to give. Stay healthy, be well and call Alpha Care medical center for all your health concerns.
E	Eileena Rideout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Dr. Abdel-Malek for about 18 years. He's seen me through 4 pregnancies, 2 births, cancer and many things in between. I couldn't imagine having anyone else as my doctor. He's more like family now. His staff are amazing and after all these years I consider them friends as well. Always professional and do their best. The offices are always clean too. The pharmacy are in the same boat. I've been with them just as long and they've become friends of ours as well. It's a bonus that they're all in the same building so if I need something I can ask the doctor to just give my prescription to the pharmacy. The pharmacy delivers too which has came in handy with covid and the delivery lady I've know just as long as all the others. I'd recommend this location to anyone. They are the best.
