★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were long time Rogers customers and found that at renewal time they weren't very interested in keeping our business...a short trip to the Telus store in the mall everything changed. The customer service was outstanding. The rep was very interested in getting us the very best deal...explained everything in great detail and transferred everything to our new devices. The entire experience was great from start to finish. He even went out of his way travel to another store to get the color choice in iphone for my daughter. The only thing I am sorry about is that I didn't move to Telus sooner!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Mom needed to upgrade her very ancient HTC phone, as well as start up a phone plan from a pay as you go. Nehal assisted us and was incredibly helpful, polite, and had an overall very pleasant disposition throughout our entire interaction. During the plan set up the internet kept dropping out due to road construction, Nehal kept his composure, was apologetic to us, was very thorough with explaining everything, and took the time to make sure my Mom for everything she needed even though he had another customer waiting. Amazing customer service!!! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Telus yesterday with my nana hoping to find the best plan as she spends 3 months of the year in Florida. We were blown away at how patient and helpful Anita was throughout our time there. We spent way too long there because we were trying to find the most affordable plan while also trying to explain to my nana what it all meant.... Anita and the gentleman working with her (forget his name) were some of the nicest people I have ever met. There was also an extremely rude man that had come in and we were in awe of how professional the gentleman working was with him... This is a tough job to have and they truly made it look so easy. I am currently with Rogers with a term ending next week and I am considering switching to Telus because of the customer service we received yesterday. Thank you so much Anita, you're awesome!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nehal was a great help in helping our family add more data to our phone plans which ended up saving us $35 a month! This was a great relief considering that the solution that Telus offered, when contacted directly, was going to cost us as extra $80 per month. So, Nehal actually saved us $115 a month!
