★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to buy a hdmi cable but left with a 75" tv! Simrah at customer service was super helpful and convinced me in buying a samsung tv which was an amazing deal. She was very nice and kind and really took her time. She was not pushy or making me rush at all.

Manager was terrible. It appears they don't train on customer service. Had a rain check , was trying to locate the product which took forever and no one seemed to know any answer to polite simple questions such as "can you order one in for me?"
In the end instead of being apologetic and understanding, and explaining the supply or chain or rain check policy. The manger actually Simply shrugged his shoulders.
My guess is , with that much real estate and employees and brick and costs associated with brick and mortar
stores. Things like sitting on stock levers, employee pay, insurance, lease fees etc.... the might want too retain customers.
Sometimes it about how you explain things. A shrug of the shoulders and IDGAF attitude is a service issue.
Do yourself a favour, if you want better service , Amazon is your bet. Delivered to your home, free returns, and simply no shoulder shrugs.
I forgot why it's so awful to go in there.

I went there for a laptop and after getting online confirmation and the guy over there told me that they did not have that without give a look on their inventory. There is ample free parking in front of the store. There are lot of hand sanitizers in the store.
