Installers were also very professional guys nice polite and very clean. I recommend this place to anybody that needs some flooring done

The pricing was very competitive and Jacob's knowledge and customer service was remarkable. Installation was scheduled very quickly and the installer did fantastic work. I was so happy with the results that I visited Jacob a week later to have the remaining carpeting in my home replaced. I highly recommend the Milton store for anyone looking for flooring needs.

Jacob was one of the best and most knowledgeable sales people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. A truly great experience from start to finish. The 2 gentleman that came out to do the work were so fast and thorough and done an amazing job. We are definitely impressed with the whole experience and will be back to complete our upper level.

Jacob helped us select several options and once we made our choice, he was out to measure our home the very next day. Installation was scheduled for 2 weeks later. Fantastic experience from the moment we walked in the store all the way through the completed installation. Jacob is wonderful to deal with, his knowledge and straight forward approach was a pleasure to deal with. He suggested the perfect carpet for our needs and it was a very quick and fair quote and we had the option for a very quick installation date as well. The installer was very professional and his attention to detail and care during the installation was impressive, he was clearly an experienced professional installer. It sure was the best decision to head over to this store and speak with somebody about my needs, because I wasn't disappointed!
A gentleman named Jacob helped me from start to finish. He understood the scope of work and provided me quality options. The turnaround time from purchase to install was quick as well!
Aside from being more than satisfied with the quality of the carpet, padding, and installation, I was even more impressed by the level of service received by Jacob and his staff. They're clearly experienced and understand the importance of a quality customer service interaction. I would definitely recommend this location for your flooring needs, and I plan on returning in the future for other projects as well!
