★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today me and my son stopped off at local Georgetown Rona to pick up some wood. My son is 13 years old and is currently running his own lawn cutting and snow blowing business. Nitin, one of the employees at the Rona took the time to talk to my son about solid brands for his business and also gave him some business advice. We both hugely appreciated his time and my son couldn't stop talking about the experience. I would recommend this Rona to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite Rona in the GTA. They make you feel right at home, super friendly staff, and decently knowledgeable as well. They're very kind and helpful, they always spend time with their customers to help them and never make anyone feel rushed. I know the pandemic has been tough on many businesses, but I really hope this Rona always stays in business! They have a surprising amount of stock as well and you can find almost everything you need here! I'm happy to be a regular customer here! ?

I ordered 40 bags of white rocks which was on sale and on second day I got call and provided me best solution that will help me for pick up. Store manager name “Nitin” is really humble and not just call to address problem with it and personally advice solution how should I manager for pick and provide all information that can help me as customer. My experience is 20 on 10 and truly recommend this store.

Sammie and the two gentlemen whose names I didn't note down helped me with exactly what I needed, placed it in the car securely with the red flag as there was an overhang. I have been to this store before and the experience has always been very good and would come here any day.
