I had issues from broken glass, poor design, fixture being too small so it was impossible to find light bulbs that fit, etc. I called the store to see if they had any extra parts I could replace on my light fixture and Jessica came to the rescue! She was quick to pick up the phone, provide a solution to my problem, she called me back promptly - she did this for me about three times over the course of two days. She made this troublesome light fixture worth it. I really appreciate Jessica for going above and beyond for me. She handled my issue with a positive attitude and great customer service.

Had been eyeing their Opal coloured collection for weeks, hoping it would go on sale , but couldn't wait any longer. Finally got a few pieces. Staff was very helpful in checking about the curtains I wanted - even made sure to call the other location to reserve it for me.

Staff is really nice... nice and trendy home decor variety is available.. well prices may be high for some but overall the store prices are reasonable.. would love to see more variety in black cushions. The heart shaped white boxes are so beautiful...

Went in the store, the female staff looked like she couldn’t be bothered to help us, no greeting, barely said anything throughout and after she cashed us out, I said “thank you, have a good day.” She said “mm hmm”. Won’t go back to this location (I think her name is Mary, she has blond short hair)
J	JD Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I just had the most unpleasant experience shopping from this store. We decided to take our business to Bouclair Milton because we wanted to support local. But the female store associate was downright condescending and treated us with utter disrespect. She was always keeping an eye on my partner and myself as though we would steal something. This woman kept following us all along and made us extremely uncomfortable. Just for your information we are not on welfare and we don't need to steal from your store. We have an above average household income and we're not utterly desperate to steal of from your basic store. The items aren't that great either. Will never ever purchase from this store ever again !!
P	Paulina Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally don't share my experience but this time around I needed to take the time to share my positive experience that I had at the Milton location with the management team. I purchased a sofa online hoping to have it within one month, however there were several delays due to COVID and it took over 3 months for delivery. Throughout the delay they the management team kept me informed of the delays and you could hear how sincere and authentic they were. Once I received my sofa unfortunately there was a defect which would not allow us to put it together. We immediately contacted the store and they took quick action. They re-ordered another sofa for us and Jessica arranged on her own to have the old sofa picked up and the new one dropped off to our house. I could not believe that this was arranged!! WOW! I have been in the service industry for over 20 years and I know what customer satisfaction is all about and this experience exceed my expectations to another level. Thank you for being kind, for resolving our issue, for going out of your way, for being patient with us and for keeping your store well organized and clean. I am now enjoying my beautiful sofa that fits my space perfectly! Job well done to the management team!
A	Ashwee D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bouclair is an entertainment to the eyes. All of their stuff are so pretty. But they are very expensive as compared to other stores. We still got a centre table and an ottoman from here. They look adorable. We ordered for two accent chairs in December 2021 but haven’t got them yet. And this is one of the disappointing aspect here. Most of their heavy items are back orders. Their discounts are pretty much only on blinds, shades and paintings.
