s	sharob9 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased an Italian leather sofa set from the Brick on Laird Road. We took extra warranty on it . The sofa tore and the Brick was unable to get it repaired. They gave us a credit. I was at Milton so decided to use the credit at the Brick store there. They kept me waiting 4 hours to get the credit cleared saying no one was responding to their email! So I had to pay an additional $100 to hold the items I had selected to purchase on the credit. Delivery was scheduled on 18th April 2022. Many phone calls later and no one answering the calls I went to the store .. I was told not to come till I get a call. The items were there at the store but they would call when it was “ ready “ 2nd May 2022 I went back , since again I did not hear from them and they never answer the phone. Bottom line is that the Brick has the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed in my life ! The staff are rude and only waiting for their commission. They never answer their phone and within the company there is unhappiness with the staff ! Each one blaming the other and it’s “ never their problem “ I will never go back to the Brick, as I was so unhappy by the way they treat loyal customers! My loyalty to them ended today ! Sukhi needs training on how to speak to customers !!! And In this entire experience I only encountered one person who was decent and nice and his name was James who helped load my car with the items. The only one who was courteous!!

He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in trying to help me in finding a fridge that was in stock, during a time when that's near impossible! I'm very thankful for the professionalism he demonstrated, especially after having a terrible experience recently with an appliance repair company. He was a breath of fresh air and I will happily deal with him again for future purchases!

Due to Covid there was a delay every month for delivery of our product. But through out the whole process Raj was always there to pick our call or call us back whenever we had questions about the estimated delivery date.
