The couch we purchased and roman clock is second to none to say the least and our home looks stunning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales associate tried their best to help but when asked if there are any Black Friday deals coming up, it seemed she wasn’t sure. Almost as if things never go on sale there but they weren’t transparent enough to tell the truth. Very wishy washy. When asked if anything goes on sale she said she doesn’t know which items will and which won’t and doesn’t know when. I haven’t shopped here before but it felt like it was their first Black Friday. So what was on sale last year? Is it random? Why do I have to leave a store with so many questions? Some clarity would have been nice. Like if they don’t do sales and hold the value of their products then just say so. Other than that their selection is good and the sales associates were welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a scam. When I purchased the gift card they did not ask me for confirmation and I do not have proof anymore. It suddenly made the transaction go through even when it did not ask me for confirmation. I do not remember clicking it and would remember if shown. Refund this asap please Paypal team. Gift cards from there are non refundable and a scam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To say we feel beyond frustrated would be an understatement. We ordered our couches at the beginning of January 2022 and almost 6 months later we just got a call saying that the couches won’t be ready for another 5 months. The manager called us to deliver the news and gave us the choices of either waiting for a new one or getting refunded. We drove 45 minutes to go the store only to be told that they can’t issue the refund without having a manager there. The lack of customer service or onus on their part was baffling. When they want your business, they’re willing to say anything but when it comes time to deliver on their part, no such thing happens. Beyond disappointed. As a corporation, they should do better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with online shopping wasn’t great. I was struggling to purchase something that was low in stock. I called the Argentia location and spoke the the manager (I forgot her name #sorry) and she confirmed my items were there and put them on hold for me. We were expecting snow the next day and I wasn’t going to be able to make it in myself so I sent my boss to get it for me. #yourewelcome Paying over the phone was a breeze and the pick up was simple too for the person I sent. The service was amazing and while I have yet to wash and use my items at the time of this review, I have no doubt I will love them just by feeling them in their package! So happy and loved the manager there!!!! Great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the items Urban Barn has and I have purchase several items. Almost my whole house. Lol. Every time the staff has been amazing. Even during Covid, they always went above and beyond to help me. The manager Angie is amazing as well. I had an issue with Customer Service online and she kept update to date with the issue and made sure I got the help I needed.
Definitely will continue to shop here.
