But now every time we go they refuse to have the home fries well done and this time sherry the waitress actually argued with us on this and tried to tell us that we have never had the home fires well done but many many times they have done this. It’s sad because we always went there and it was great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can not believe the experience we had today. Worst restaurant, terrible attitude and bad customer service! The server was not friendly, when we asked for a small amendment to our order, it was a big issue and she rolled her eyes as if we were inconveniencing her. When we got up to leave she accused us of disrespecting her. Unbelievable!!! 1 star rating is still more then they deserve. #worstcustomerservice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in the morning, and politely asked to use the washroom (being pregnant you need to go a lot more often). The waitress (older lady) said NO and that it's for customers only, and to go somewhere else. I let her know everything around was closed, but told her I'll purchase something.
She then proceeded to ask me for Vaccine and ID (I was not dining in, this was unnecessary). I showed it to her anyway. She then asked me what I'd like to buy. I asked her if I can use the washroom first, and then purchase, she said NO, and I have to buy something first. I was frustrated that she chose to be such a ..... but I bought a drink and went to the washroom. I then asked for her name, she said it was Anna.
Anna, I don't think its company policy to treat someone like this. You chose to treat someone like this. It says a lot about you and your character.
If I was the franchisee of this location, I would not want someone this toxic who treats people like this working for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place does not make eggs Benedict....they have a similar dish called eggs sunset,
which is two uncooked eggs over untoasted English sponges with a garbage runny hollandaise beside a raw potato that was in once passed over a grill as it was being put on your plate. The eggs are not poached, the sauce is not thick enough to be called anything but a soup base. While this place is the most common breakfast place in our area some how they've completely missed the boat on our most commonly ordered dish..... Come on guys.
Get in the game guys...I asked for crispy fried potatoes and not a single thing on the plate was properly cooked.
Update:
I noticed that their social media team responded to this with a boilerplate answer that didn't address anything at all.
Will they learn to poach eggs? will they add Eggs benedict to the menu? will they learn how to toast the English sponges they serve?
The reply didn't clarify any of this. Then suggested i should have eaten this again..... Come on, are you under the impression that making it Free might make it taste edible? instead of sending apologies, update the menu and teach your cooks (i can't use the word chef for this place) to boil up some water, get it spinning and drop an egg in the middle and let it cook that way. english muffins should be warm with brown toasted peaks on the inside and the potatos should be cooked (honestly i asked for crispy, and was sent RAW potatos that were barely warmed and tasted like pure stiff starch)
Once you feel as if your staff has the skill to prepare a breakfast worthy of our time, we'll come back and pay for it ourselves, but until you manage that, please don't invite me back or offer me anything, I have no interest in bribery with failed attempts at breakfast... I will only edit my review when you start serving GOOD FOOD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for breakfast, it was too bad they didn’t have the freshly squeezed juice anymore but oh well. My main issue was the kitchen staff cooking the food while improperly wearing their face mask some below the nose but some have it completely below their face.
We asked the waitress to let the manager know, and please tell their staff to put up their masks specially as they handle the food. However, out of their 5 kitchen staff only 1 pulled the mask, the rest continue to not adhere to the protocols set out for the establishment during this pandemic.

The best thing about this Sunset Grill is their service staff Who are Excellent and super helpful and friendly
Love their coffee always
Ordered scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage
The scrambled eggs were big pieces not like scrambled and the cheese on it should ve been put when the eggs were hot
Other than these small things it was a great experience specially with the awesome service
The interiors look beautiful too looks warm and comfortable
Would definitely recommend ppl here as good food with great experience
