★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the cheese egger breakfast sandwich. Though the taste was good it had lots of margarine that was sticking to the palate in my mouth. I am not buying it again. All the burger chains will have the preset menu items that the franchise cannot change but I just wanted to give it a try. Tim hortons egg and cheese was way better while my best one is always at panera bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, once in a blue moon. I have cravings for a burger. Maybe all those A&W commercials on TV are starting to brainwash me into something like a " Manchurian Candidate" ....but for Burgers !!!
There is not much that I can add. The food is a tad and I do mean just a tad above Mickey D's and BK for sure. The service is adequate ( I order through the Mobile App ) and I just pick up via drive thru. So that is a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quick service, and conveniently located close to the highway. However despite the usual good quality A&W food, they messed up my order today. Ordered onion rings (which is quite expensive at A&W) and got fries instead, only realizing it when I was on the highway a long way away. Not great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by saying, I love A&W, I go to the ones in Kitchener all the time and the food is great. This location however is an absolute disappointment to the brand. Stopped here on my way home and they forget the cheese I paid for, put a tiny amount of condiments on my burger, burger was not well assembled, the lid on my drink was put on poorly so my drink spilled on me, and the drink itself was so watered down i couldn't drink it. You need better staff at that location or to train them properly, they are ruining the reputation of an otherwise solid brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We order consistently from this particular A&W for the last year, but the last couple of months have been absolute trash. We thought maybe it's a particular shift of people, I don't think this is the case as we've ordered at different times of the week. The burgers have been overcooked and cold, same with the fries, and the gravy was watered down to the consistency of soup. We stopped ordering drinks from them at one point too because it was just never carbonated! Skipthedishes only gave me a partial refund for the last order which we couldn't even finish because it was that awful! It's unfortunate, as we prefer A&W over other fast food joints, until we see better reviews, we won't be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eggs were not done well done as asked, peanut butter not included as asked and bread was burnt! This location is in need of attention. They are consistently slow and food quality is poor. Management needs to step in here and fix the problems at this location because it’s obvious everybody is expressing there dislike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to pick up a Beyond Meat Burger. The wait time was very low and the staff here were professional and polite. I would definitely come to this A&W for a good plant based burger.
