★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, this stores customer service is really bad. One of the managers,Melal, was rude and not helpful. She also hung up the phone on my husband who as being nice and trying to resolve our issue. One store employee said the item was reserved and put my husband's name on it. Then the manager said "I cannot discuss that reservation with you". Please get better training and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed,Bath and Beyond is a suitable name as they are beyond frustrating and unwilling to stand behind their advertising. Their flyer clearly shows an item priced at $74.99 yet they refuse to honor at either store level or on-line. All I got was lip service at the 2 stores I drove to and spent an hour on the phone with a representative who you'd me it was on sale for $49.99 before he realized I was calling from Canada. Another joke of an American business charging us twice as much Canadian as compared to their American stores. In the future I would rather pay more to a smaller Canadian retailer knowing profits are staying g in this country. I gave them 1 star because their automatic doors worked!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, went to return an item after a week and I lost the receipt they refused to give me a store credit as well. I had paid with a gift card from their very own store and because they have no way of finding out when it was purchased they refused to take it back though it was clearly unused and with the original tags on. Apparently if I paid with my own credit card they would’ve accepted the return. The policy makes zero sense. I’m stuck with an item that doesn’t fit in my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw an item on clearance online and thought that I would pick it up from the store since I was nearby. I asked an associate to check it for me and said that I can order it online and pick it up there in an hour. But I wanted to see it first. She said it was out of stock in the store and couldn't order it also.
I then placed my order for in-store pickup and guess what? I received a message in about 30 minutes that my order was ready for pickup.
I entered the same store and they had it ready for me. Go figure lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to many others but this one literally had no good stuff on stock . Struggle to find even a single thing . It was clean and big but doesnt matter if you cant find quality stuff .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well organised interior; easy to navigate between sections. Items cover almost every area of a home. Store has relatively good variety when it comes to choices, but it could use more variety in the bath and bedding section, along with some higher quality items. Most items were average or slightly above average quality; they could use some high quality items as well. Otherwise, good store for general shopping for every day home ware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware when shopping online. We ordered 2 Noritake dinner sets that shipped directly from the vendor. It took 2 weeks to arrive. When it did the sets are wrong. Item listed is a 12 oz salad bowl. We received a 6 oz cereal bowl. The pattern is slightly different and appears flawed. Only option is return for refund or keep substitution.
