★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a 22 year old Hayden central vacuum system. Over the years I’ve come to Bob a few times and he has maintained it very well. Never pushed to sell me a new unit. Customer service at its best. Bob is knowledgeable, honest and always serves you with a smile and kind words. When the time comes to get a new vacuum cleaner, I will buy from him instead of going to a big box store. I know I will get excellent advice on what model to pick and the satisfaction to support a family business. MERCI BOB ?

Vacuum factory has been servicing my family for over 20 years and they have always been quick to repair and supply me with anything my vacuum may need. Bob helped me pick a vacuum that was suitable for my family . He is friendly and provides amazing service. Bob is always willing to go beyond to help us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bob is such a lovely man, and SOOOO accommodating!!! I was very grateful to have him hang on to my vacuum for me. I dropped it off a few weeks ago so he could take a look at the problem, and he determined it was non fixable and time to trash - no problem, so I wanted to get on a hunt for a new one. I did some research over time and as it went on I completely forgot about it and ended up not picking it up from him until weeks later. I’m so sorry again Bob! I really appreciate your service and kindness.
Definitely recommend A Vacuum Factory! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with Bob at the Vacuum Factory, in Mississauga, since the early 90's. I have purchased 6+ vacuums, electric brooms, rug cleaners over the years and have referred many family and friends to this amazing store. Even though I no longer live in the area I keep coming back to Bob as I trust his advise and workmanship. He only sells products that pass his standards.
In addition to making new purchases I have also had to find parts for a 40 year old Electrolux. The store has an endless supply of parts and if Bob can not find the exact part he will improvise.
Bob also takes trade ins and if you have an old vacuum you do not need he will restore it and donate to a person/family in need.
Such an amazing person and will always have my business.

He has serviced our CentralVac system, as well as our upright vacuums, and when our recent upright finally gave up, he brought us an excellent replacement for a competitive price. We appreciate Bob and will continue to use him for years to come

I have been going to Bob's shop for about 13 years now as I own a MOLLY MAID franchise here is North Mississauga. He has always taken great care of me and treats all my staff with respect when they come in to get our vacuums fixed. His prices are always fair and his customer service is 100% fabulous all times. He has managed to stay in business during COVID even though many were buying on line at better prices they claim but what you need to know is you don't get service online like you would with Bob at the The Vacuum Factory!
Do yourself a favor...go see Bob! You won't regret it!

I would highly recommend this place. He is such an honest and amazing person. So trustworthy and kind.
