★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally love this location! I have been coming here for nearly 5 years and I have never had a complaint. The staff are friendly and helpful, the burritos are delicious, and the ingredients taste better than most burrito places I have been to. It's also nice to see that they cook fresh food in front of you, rather than just open prepackaged/frozen bags like some other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a good place for fresh & delicious burritos, quality has been declining recently and the staff seem to have very poor english language skills. I couldn't understand what he was saying & he obviously didn't understand me.
The burritos are tasty, but very poorly made, mine fell apart & I had to eat it with a fork in a bowl. The menu IS a little pricey and the parking lot is usually filled with customers for the neighboring establishments.
Overall, I'm rather disappointed, I'd definitely recommend Quesada Burritos or Burrito Boyz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried chips and salsa but the chips were stale in taste. We informed the employee and she promised us that they were freshly bought to this store from another location, which clearly was a lie.Wouldn’t recommend this location.

May 5 2022, drove 20min to location, arrived at 9:40pm and was denied.... said they were already closed even though store was supposed to be open until 10pm... all food still out on hot table... and door was open.. terrible customer service, never returning again. If I could rate it 0 out of 5 I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered here for the first time through Uber Eats for lunch. It was my first time trying Mucho Burrito. Surprisingly, it was one of the best tasting burritos that I ever had. I had the jalapeno pork burrito with chips on the side. The chips was a nice side piece. Will definitely buy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly good burritos, my favourite chain of the 7-8 burrito chains I’ve been to. Everything just tastes fresher. I recommend getting extra of their salsa, and ask for the hot sauce from the small bottles if you like it spicy (they won’t ask you). The price point is a bit higher than some of them, but well worth it. The portion sizes are definitely quite good for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed..i got the spicy chicken torta sandwich and the bun was complete burnt to a crisp. It was difficult to eat as the bun was dry and hard; I had to cut the burnt part and toss it.
It seemed like there was only one person working there and it was busy during lunch, she did the best she could.
