★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the simplicity of this pub. Clean, not much in terms of food, but the music isn't so loud you have to yell to hear your mates which is nice compared to all the chain bars around.

Did not have food? So can't say if it's good.. but the Guinness was fresh and the service friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to live behind Rabba as child and this bar has been a place for my family to sit eat and have a drink when friends come into town. It's been 30 years since I moved there and I've been all around the world and haven't found a place more welcoming. The current owners will bend over backwards to make any occasion special. It's had many names but the staff there now is the best they've ever had. Go in and have a pint. It's humble and quiet sometimes, but catch it on the right night and with the right local crowd and this place is a riot.
