D	Denise Simmons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my husband out for his birthday (his choice) and we were warmly welcomed by Nura as usual. We've been lucky enough to have her as our server numerous times. Always happy and pleasant.

We ordered delivery from this location on Saturday evening, we were told our order was guaranteed within 45 minutes and waited for over an hour before calling customer service to find out where our order was. When we called, we were informed our credit card was charged but the order was never processed because the location they sent the order to was closed. WTF…had we not called to track our order we would have sat stupidly waiting for the order to be delivered. When we called the 1-800 customer service line, they blamed this store, for not fulfilling the open order.
D	Deborah Hicks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Swiss Chalet however take out can be hit and miss at best however we had the absolute best of Swiss Chalet last evening. The fries were phenomenal - not dry or crunchy, the chicken was moist as white meat is often dry and the sauce thick and full of flavour. Hats off to the chef!!! I’ld do it again tonight!

S	Syed Raheem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant messed up my curbside pickup order. The girl who handed me the order didn't wait to confirm I had the right order, or even wait for a "thank you". I realized it was the wrong order as I was leaving the parking area. Then I called the restaurant 5 times, but no one answered. I finally had to go in, the staff was courteous and owned up to their mistake and fixed the order. But it was a huge waste of time. I ordered ahead to save time, but ended up getting really late.
I	Iwona Cwalinska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The order process was easy, the order taker on the phone was very helpful and friendly , the food was ready and waiting for us on time. The family had a nice “home cooked meal” the family meal was enough for family of four! Really tasty love Swiss chalet!

As long as they don't change their delicious fries, they will still have me as a customer. First time at this location. It looks like a Swiss Chalet/Harvey's combo location but the restaurants are separate, just in the same lot. This appears to be an older location and it was sad to see the large dining room so empty because of COVID. However, the takeout counter was busy. Ordered my usual quarter chicken white meat with fries and a diet Pepsi. It was nice to see the finger bowl as several locations have abandoned the bowl to rinse your fingers. The server was friendly and the meal was cooked well. No complaints.

The food is always hot and fresh and the servers are all extremely friendly and welcoming. We always ask for Nura - she is a FANTASTIC. She takes such good care of us and seems to know even before we do when we need a drink refill or extra sauce. Always a great experience.
