★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent to see Dr Hooda all the time she is very professional . She never appears to be in a hurry even though I am sure she has many other obligations ,takes her time to explain all things in detail .Receptionist is nice and organized to book your appointment with warm welcome to the clinic. Bettleford medical clinic is very clean and follow all the COVID 19 guidelines as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter came in as a walk in. She explained her scenario that our doctor was unavailable (also waiting on a specialist). She needed something for pain and couldn’t sleep the night before. Told my daughter she didn’t understand why she was booked in with her or who booked my daughter in the first place and that she was too busy and didn’t have time for her. That’s what you want to hear from a doctor! She waited 45 mins on a booked appointment and spent less than 5 mins with her. Sorry WE were being inconsiderate of your time! (0 stars wasn’t an option unfortunately)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sure the doctors are nice but with my first experience last year, It started off with some doctor telling me "it looks like you're not pregnant". Never mind looks like you are! Knowing my situation and how emotional I was. Now, I've had a lot of scheduled phone calls with Dr. Hooda. She either called 30 minutes later or didn't call. She is very nice though.
Also, I waited for AN HOUR and I even came 10 minutes BEFORE my appointment. I left and the lady at the front called me when I got home, telling me to come in. You think I'm going to wait 1 hour and more for a 5 minute appointment????? Not even a smile or an apology for anything. The receptionist is so rude and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend Dr. Aneet Hooda to anyone! She is "suppose" to be our family doctor. She is extremely rude! Making us as patients feel less of a person. Experienced not once but multiple times that she likes to talk more than listen. Rather than being sensitive towards an extremely sick patient, she is passing judgment, being arrogant and rude. After 6 months of seeing her, she told us that me and my wife are not her patients and she's still "vetting" us because we got transferred from a previous Doctor. Would have been nice to know in our first meeting. She has to be the least professional doctor I have come across and would highly advise against this clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist had a very difficult time, booking and cancelling my appointment. Each time I check their hours they are always closed ( as per their website) We as patience have to know to call ( just in case) like common on now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think Dr Aneet Hooda is very warm and considerate dr. I was new to Canada movinf from Dxb and when Dr Manjit Singh said she will be leaving the clinic I was very sad as I was comfortable with Dr Singh. However Dr Hooda took an extra mile understanding my needs when my husband was sick during COVID time. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and other family member. I particularly liked her caring nature and put me at ease and cleared all my doubts and concerns. Thank u Dr Aneet Hooda You are best. Continue ur good work.
