They called me and scheduled me for an appointment in advance, I waited for over and hour and was informed that there were still 3 people ahead of me. No one at front desk could answer the most basic of questions. When asked for a timeline I was met with an argumentative and defensive attitude. 11 people in waiting area at one point when signs clearly indicate that maximum capacity is 5. 1 patient was not wearing a mask. No consideration for public safety or people's time. I have had better experiences in several other walk in clinics in Mississauga.

F	Fiza Sehar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is the worst clinic I’ve ever been to in my life. They never attend calls unless you use private number. They don’t check patients properly and check in a rush. I have eye pain for a year and have not been referred to a proper doctor by them. Dr. Kapoor is the only good doctor present but the reception staff does not accommodate anything, does not even send me the referral the doctor wrote me and NEVER Picks phone. Please don’t waste your time at this clinic.
d	deliafidelia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost I believe they try to operate as a walk in clinic. Now with Covid things have changed. They used to make appointments before Covid unless it's a Saturday when it's usually all walk-ins. I have however gotten them to make me Sat appts before as it was for regular ongoing allergy shots. I've also had them tell me to walk in for those shots as Saturdays are for walk-ins only. I never fussed much as I figured they did me a favor when I dud get a Sat appt. I live closeby and call ahead of time to see how busy or used medimaps when available. The allergy specialist Dr Fong is great. I see Dr Shazad mostly and she's great but speaks a bit loud. All of the doctors I've seen actually have been professional and I'm always happy with their service.

Rooms are rarely cleaned between patients.(i will post photos over the last few visits of an unclean room EVERYTIME.... somehow my photos have been removed ) Wait times are rediculous, half the time they dont even keep people in first come order. Dont bother with appointments either because you wont be let in a room at that time. Female doctor was very harsh on my genitals and when i informed her all she could say was "that doesnt hurt" ......... i almost felt abused by another female due to her aggressiveness. The ONLY reason i come here is for dr. Kapoor. He is kind, gentle, smart and patient. Any other doctor i would not reccomend . ....update had a clean room today which I appreciated .
R	Raghava Raju on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from Dr. Shahzad, is our GP. Easily reachable in person or through telephone. Very patient to answer all our questions and gives the best service for the illness. The Clinic manager Amber Hamid is very humble and polite, treats everyone with lots off respect. Amid, answers the calls every time and books the appointment as per the request at the earliest. The facility also offers sample collection, no need to run here and there to give your samples. I strongly recommend the facility.
