The service is always slow. Two tellers at any given time. Today I waited in line for almost 20 minutes and I had to leave as I had appointments. This is unacceptable. If it wasn't for Allen I would never come to this location.

Very slow and unhelpful staff. I did not feel anyone cared to help me solve my problem, I was just advised to call the phone support. Additionally they don’t seem to be very familiar with the products they have because fro the teller to the advisors no one was able to answer my questions about the types of accounts and costs. Will not be coming back to this branch , or open an account in scotia bank.

Lineup out the door. A single teller open. My usual location is temporary closed for whatever unknown reason and didn't update their hours. 100% moving my business elsewhere when I can.

If I could add a 0 stars, I would. The financial advisor who was supposed to help us open a new account did not show up for the appointment. The Branch Manager said she could "help" us. Instead of explaining more about Scotia Bank's products, she questioned why we would want to open a new bank account if we were already banking with other financial institutions. She said she didn't want us coming back complaining about fees without even explaining the fees or the products. She questioned how we would transfer money and that would have a fee as well. It definitely came across as they didn't want any new customers. Terrible terrible customer service.

People who work at the branch are great but they need to update their Google maps showing accurate times they are open because for 2 weeks in a row they showed they were open when they are actually not. It’s really a waste of my time.

Not sure if they are having any intentions to attract new customers but they were clearly sounding rude towards customers. I have booked an appointment on phone and the duration they gave is between 11:15 to 12:00. They never clearly mentioned if it is the appointment duration or the meeting time. I went in there by 11:30 and they said they cannot take me since I didn’t come by 11:15. They need to be clear on call on what they are saying instead of explaining to customers directly.
