After the local shop in Hamilton denied me assistance with a motor warranty claim with Arrma, and then told me Arrma will take 6-8 weeks to ship, I called Hobby Hobby. What amazing service here. Hobby Hobby assisted me with my dead Arrma Vorteks motor by giving me a new one, and they will handle my warranty claim for me. Now, there is no need to wait 6-8 weeks as the other shop told me. Hobby Hobby has a vast selection of just about every RC\Hobby type item you can think of and they will take time to answer your questions and will not rush you out the door. They also have the best selection of Tamiya Paints at the best prices around! Hobby Hobby you have earned a customer for life, I will never go back to the shop I originally purchased my Arrma Vorteks from. Thanks again Tim, for helping me out, and allowing me to see what true customer service is all about!
Aug 1st Edit: Thanks again for helping our with dealing with the warranty (this time my ESC), while I was there I picked up paint for my Mystery Machine Lunchbox as well as my Konghead. I had paint left over so I used it for my Vorteks clear shell I picked up off of you. Just Wow! Best looking Vorteks around IMO (and not just because I'm the one who designed it, lol).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer for several years. Spent thousands of $$$. They have great stock availability, great products, and their website stock is up to date.
Tom also was great! He once hooked me up with a manufacturer rebate even though it didn't apply to me, and he wouldn't be reimbursed for it. He didn't have to, but did it to for his customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only thing I noticed is the numbers directions stamped on the plastic models could be more visible to the eye.
As well as when you snap the plastic parts to build off, they don’t leave a clean edge which could lead to a knife injury shaving of the excess plastic so be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hobby Hobby has fantastic customer service. I bought a traxxas rustler 4x4 and the antenna broke off on the first day. I brought it back to Hobby Hobby and they replaced the receiver free of charge. The employees were very kind and helpful!

I must commend one of their staff members Tim, on always taking the time to explain things, get better information, keeping his patience with stupid questions and always going above and beyond to make sure I get what I need. I forgot some small parts at the store last time and he even offered to drop it off to me on his way home. I cant say enough good things about this store.
