K	Kiran Bahra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist Sukhi is one of the most helpful and professional people to talk to at the office. She is always willing to answer questions and always follows up. She is always very polite and extremely friendly ! Thank you for always being such a pleasant person to talk to when calling the doctors office.

E	Epsa Pathak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for Ms. Kiran Humayun (not writing Dr. as I am not sure if she really is). I was looking for a family doctor and called on this health care center. The receptionist gave options for Dr. Hadi and Kiran humayun. I opted for the latter. To be honest, I read her reviews before but wanted to give a "Benefit of Doubt" as some people have given positive reviews but only to get a huge disappointment (perhaps those are fake too). She talked only for a little time (probably not even listening properly) and in the end said, "I will send you a requisition for blood work". That I never received despite reminding on email (cause after initial conversation they never pick up the call). After few days, suddenly the receptionist called and gave a date for appointment for some test for which I agreed. They confirmed from email but never shared where to go for that test. On the date of appointment, I have taken half day leave from my office, and I kept trying to contact them to get the address but received no response. Since I received mail from "Credit Valley Health Centre", I googled it (2555 Erin Centre Blvd #16, Mississauga, ON L5M 5H1) and reached there in time. And guess what, the person over there said this is not the right place. This happened on 30th Sep and till date (6th Oct), I haven't received any response from them neither on phone nor on email. What a deplorable staff work there and what an apathetic doctor is she.

The Compassion,knowledge and heart felt concern demonstrated by them for my mental/physical health has been outstanding and so supportive. You can tell they care and want to help. They are straight forward (which I appreciate) as well as professional in delivering information in a very kind manner. Anyone who needs help with their mental/physical health concerns should come here- you will promptly get the help you need.

She rushed the conversation and when I said I was searching for the right fit became annoyed. Ones health issues are important and not just any doctor should be accepted. I wouldn’t want her to be my family physician at all with no compassion or manners. Apart from that the phone lines take forever to be answered and connection is terrible. Only plus are the receptionists that are polite.
R	R G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the tough place to get hold of someone, I am trying to connect with receptionist since last 15 days but never able to reach them. Also talking about Dr. Huma, if something is send to her as a request, I believe she had a hard time to read or understand as those request are never completed for months. I am not sure this doctors are paid well or not but they should be paid well as they can take care of their patients who have made them as a family doctors. I am not sure they believe that we are a freebie customers but they are not aware that we do pay taxes which compensate their pays. Doctors are consider GOD as they are here to help, cure and save life of all.
