The technician Stana was incredible. She was able to decipher my age and diet just by looking at my skin. She is so acknowledgeable and helpful in targeting solutions to my acne concerns. The clinic also sells Biologique Researche which I’ve had a great success with. Overall very satisfied with my visit for microdermabraison and will most definitely be returning.

At the beginning of the summer I had a consultation at two other clinics and was often left with more questions than I came in with and/or with the feeling that the contents of my wallet were more important than my skin concerns. A friend referred me to Heritage since they had numerous Groupon services that she had tried and loved. From the moment I walked in I felt totally cared for and supported. Wasan is beyond wonderful. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions; she is very knowledgeable. Despite my purchasing a cheap and cheerful groupon she spared no expense treating my face at that first service with what felt like a 12 step process. I have had endless breakouts on my neck for the last few months since needing to wear a mask for work and for the first time they've actually calmed down. Every time I have gone back she has thoroughly assessed my skin’s needs and adjusted her strategy accordingly. Wasan put me on a personalized plan that allows us to work together to achieve optimal results. I'll be going back for months if not years to come. SO thrilled to finally feel like I can relax because my skin is in such caring hands!!! (It should also be noted that Alina at the front desk is a scheduling magician and herself and every other staff member I have encountered there are all very lovely and hospitable.)

The condition, texture and over- all health of my face have greatly improved because of Stana’s expertise on how to manage and maintain my skin. I am going for a once a month appointment with her and she have tried different modes of skin treatments that are customized based on my skin needs and condition. I highly recommend HWMS for their professionalism, friendly service and experience in Improving and maintaining skin health. Look for Stana!

Skin is the most delicate thing and I was always hesitant to trust anybody with facials.. Wasan did a great job and she was very nice. Service here was excellent from when I stepped in the door. I did a groupon purchase first to check it out and I did not make a mistake on that :) I would recommend to friends and family.
S	Sammy N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean space with a gem of a receptionist, Alina is a beautiful soul that really makes your day. I had a few microdermabrasions done and the first time I was impressed but after that I didn’t feel I got my money’s worth. Price point is high which is fine if you’re getting the full facial experience but in this case I wasn’t. Average is usually an hour for facials but I was finished within 40 minutes (in and out). While my mask was on, there was no facial massage or drainage which should be included (pet peeve is to have a mask on while nothing else is happening). After treatments, dead skin has been removed but no spf was applied or enough serums/moisturizer to keep my skin hydrated. Instead when I get home my skin feels tight and need to slather products to stay hydrated. I mentioned my concerns with how fast treatments are but was told by the aesthetician that she knows what she’s doing and that’s how she works but again I’m looking for the full facial experience (as shown on their ig) especially at $200+ a treatment. During my final 2 treatments I felt pressured to purchase products which made me uncomfortable. Perhaps they’re on commission but when a client says no, kindly leave it at that. I would like to return as they are knowledgeable but at this price point and subpar experience, unfortunately I won’t be.

I’m the kind of person that would look for the rating & reviews then try it myself. Heritage Way Medical Spa was one of my on line research, so thankfully I found them. Mostly it is not that easy to find someone you can trust but Heritage Way Medical Spa has shown so much care, guided with my personal need not to mention how to take such good care of their customer like their own. Most importantly, I am always satisfied with Heritage Way Medical Spa with all their services, friendly, excellent customer service and great products for your skin. If you are looking to pamper yourself or keep a younger looking skin , I highly recommend Heritage Way Medical Spa. Thank you guys
