★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get a bird I want. Not only did I find what I was looking for, the owner worked with me and gave me a great deal for a big cage. They even cleaned it for me. Also I was waiting for a bit and one of the staff was chatting with me the whole time so time goes by faster. Overall friendly staff and excellent service. Will come again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in today in a rush after a 12hr work day with a plan to get all I need before getting our little guinea piggies and the wonderful service and simply genuine attitude was a treat after a hard day. I got a trunk full in 15 minutes plus wonderful education on potty training the piggies.
Please come to this location for all your needs, the owners are just happy and love what they do.
Thank you very much, I am very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady who work in store biggest cheater in the world sold to me female bunny with 65 dollars , said not pregnant and four months in age.
When I took bunny home, it delivered three babies and I called her what I should do and she said if I took them now I will not pay anything but if you grow them up there price will be 100 each
When time come I put them in kigigi no one want to buy punny then I called her and said I can not take them put them in kigigi and someone will buy them.
No one take them until I put them for free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to look at hamsters today , as soon as you walk through the door the smell is overwhelming. We were not happy with how the animals cages looked, overall very dirty conditions. Would not recommend this pet store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to check out some supplies and was disgusted. I have lizards and to see this crested gecko made me want to throw up. Flies in the food and even small mold in some areas. Humidity is also very low for this tropical lizard which is terrible for them. Fish also have awfull conditions with uncleaned dirty tanks and same with the birds. First thing when you walk into here is the awfull smell, it smells like piss and feces. This place should be closed down do not come bere and support a business like that. Disgusted such a place is so close to where i live!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful pet store!! Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to own any pet.. lovely staff and they are knowledgeable.. Cathy is an amazing person with great customer service skills.. I got my bunny from them 6months ago and I met her for the second time yesterday she was so kind and sweet to my bunny and did an amazing job of triming my bunny nails.. they have amazing pets in store.. highly recommend this place.. I'm also planning to board my pet for 10 days with them.. trustworthy people with kind heart and passion for their work..
