I had compressed lower vertebra that was pressing on my sciatic nerve causing severe lower back pain all the way down my leg to my foot. After a series of spinal decompressions and adjustments by Dr Sanjay my back began to feel better. Much better to the point I was basically pain free. When Dr Sanjay opened the clinic in Erin Mills I followed him there. That was a no brainer. Now I also get my message and physio there as well. All excellent therapists as well as awesome people. I’m not saying spinal decompression will fix all your back pain but it did for me. Now I go weekly for maintenance. I highly recommend Dr Sanjay and his clinic. They look after all the billing. Provide that personal care. Very knowledgeable. Most professional. Thank you Dr Sanjay. Your services are greatly appreciated.

Dr. Sanjay was the chiropractor that took care of me at this clinic. He performed some adjustments on my back and I felt so much better after. My pain went from an 8 out of 10 with 10 being unbearable pain to a 4 out of 10. Dr. Sanjay is very professional and he shows that he sincerely cares about his patients. I would highly recommend his services at Healthmedica Erin Mills.

Dr Sanjay and team have been amazing, and have supported my journey towards mobility and painlessness. I have tried 2 other physiotherapists (more accessible to my office) with disastrous results....not all therapists are created equal! I cannot recommend Dr Sanjay enough - knowledgeable, gracious, accessible and most of all: effective!

I have always been happy with all services from Healthmedica Erin Mills. Their chiropractic services and physiotherapy have helped me tremendously. They also make great Orthotics and Compression stockings. It is the best clinic to visit.

The staff are very friendly and the services are very professional (Specially Cookie, you are awesome!). I had met with the walk-in doctor here and gotten orthotics as well. I will be coming here again and would recommend others to as well. One of the biggest problems with such clinics is that they say something but do something else. Not here though, the staff delivers what they promise and if there is a challenge in doing so, they communicate well to come up with a solution. In terms of Covid protocols, the staff is doing a great job following the Health Canada guidelines.

They asked if I had a doctors note but I did not have one so they informed me that I can see a specialist next door and the appointment would be at the same time my orthotics appointment was. They emailed and texted to confirm my appointment. On the day of my appointment, I got a call 40 minutes prior that I was not able to take because I was in swimming classes with my 3 year old daughter. There was no voicemail left so I tried to call back. No answer. When I arrived for my appointment on time, the receptionist informed me that the doctor had left for the day and unfortunately they have no control over whether the doctor leaves or not. I was only told sorry and pretty much that's all they could do - try to call but leave no voicemail from an unknown number. So I find it ridiculous that they confirm an appointment with me, didn’t bother to leave a voicemail, the doctor had already left for the day and they only tried to inform me 40 minutes before. Not a day or even in the morning but 40 minutes before with no voicemail. And now they have my personal information. It was a complete waste of time for me to go in and bring the entire family. I would never recommend this place based on the poor service I received.

The staff is very professional and accommodating. I have been there number of times during COVID-19 situation and I noticed that the clinic and equipments are very well sanitized and clean. The staff makes sure to sanitize the equipments after every use and take care of physical distancing. They have modern and best in class equipments and machines to help you through your diagnostic journey. All in all - A good experience, great care and best advice and diagnostics.

They really listen to the issues you are having and I feel so much better as each week passes. My fiance have started using them too after a vehicle accident, and it has been seamless with all the medical forms we required to be filled out. I recommend them all the time. Flexible hours, friendly staff, direct billing and a great location.
