★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right At Home is an excellent care service. The staff are kind and very thorough. I hired them to look after my elderly mother after being released from a hip replacement. The care workers knew what should be done and got right to it along with giving my mother terrific personal contact and interaction. They were always happy to handle any of our specifics, answer questions and offer advice. I will be using them again in the future !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to move forward with Right at Home Canada (RAH) because of their willingness to dive deeper, meet our vaccine and booster asks, but moreover, spend time with us, to identify the right PSW. The PSW was awesome, because we were able to customize the ask to fit our needs. We appreciate the experience and impact of the PSW and thoroughness of the Right at Home Canada. It’s a friendly and supportive community. We recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired 24 hour care for my Dad after being discharged from hospital. What a disaster, a miserable fail. My Dad was completely bed ridden and was never to be left alone. Well he was left alone for at least 25 mins. The present caregiver had to go and called the relief caregiver to let her know that. The relief told her that she was on her way up to his condo. He fell out of bed when no one was in his condo. They both abandoned him. I had to rush over and call 911 and he's since been admitted. Absolutely unprofessional and so very disappointed. I would not recommend this agency if my life depended on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right At Home has been a tremendous help to my mother during the pandemic. My father has Alzheimer which has resulted in his memory was significantly deteriorating. The PSWs are kind, caring and very conscientious and I am very grateful to them. The company is flexible to support our requests and take great efforts to ensure the comfort of both my dad & mom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so grateful to Right At Home, Home Health Care for the care assigned to my uncle living all by himself.I live out of town and it is so heart-warming to come to visit and find him clean, shaved, dressed in clean clothes and happy. They keep his apartment clean and pick up supplies and treat him with respect and gentle kindness. They leave me notes every visit that keep me up to date on his well-being. I couldn't ask for better care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so grateful for Right At Home My mother's health had suddenly deteriorated and she needed care. My sister and I were not able to support her as she lives far from us. Right At Home stepped in and took control of the care. The Caregivers were absolutely wonderful. My mother was very comfortable with the caregiver and the service which helped her recover that much quicker. Thank you Right at Home for the level of care and support you facilitated & I would definitely recommend this company

They are professional, passionate, caring and are available anytime, with any questions we may have. My mom is doing well at home and I am at ease knowing that she is well cared for as I don’t live in the same town.
