I had my wedding ring re-done into a dinner ring and that came out fantastic!! I have never had an issues with them and highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you Olga!!

Wore it (gently) for less than 3 weeks before the center stone came loose. Took it in to have it tightened. Waited a week to get it back. Looked it over in the store before I left and noticed that the side diamond was now loose. Now they're telling me it will take another 2 weeks to fix! They've had my engagement ring longer than I have! Don't trust them with your heirlooms! I'm lucky I didn't loose a stone! By the way...if I had lost one, they would not replace it for me as I didn't buy it from them!
S	Sarah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a beautiful ring last year from Ben Moss and was going in every six months to have the ring cleaned and benefit from their Extended Service Plan warranty, which was paid for in addition to the gifted ring. When I went to the mall in January, Ben Moss had closed down. So, when I found out the brand was purchased by Charm Diamond Centres, I called the front desk and spoke to a manager. I asked her if they would honour the ESP for all Ben Moss customers, free of charge (I have only had the ring for one year, it's brand new). The woman at Charm Diamonds was snappy and condescending, explaining to me that Charm has no obligation to honour any of Ben Moss' warranties to customers and that if I wanted to, I would first of all have to pay $50 for some fee, and then re-buy the ESP from Charm, "with a 25% discount" as if that was something generous. I was shocked by the information and frustrated, and there is no way I am going to repurchase a warranty a second time. Not only was this information very disappointing, I could hear the woman's attitude through the phone. I had a simple question and in return I received attitude and information that will now make me never even consider purchasing anything from this company.

Name Archana takes forever to pick up the call and when you ask for assistance her answer is always I don't know my manager isn't here she'll be here tomorrow. They were supposed to mail my ring but had no communication and did not notify me that I need to pick up instead.

Welcomed us in and helped us out immediately, taking all our wishes and concerns into account. She was respectful, considerate, and very helpful. The other store associates were also wonderfully helpful and very polite. Having a previous negative experience at other jewellery stores, as a member of the gay community. Myself and my fiancé will definitely be going back to Charm, just for the superior customer service they provided us today. We look forward to our engagement rings and later wedding rings! Highly recommended, great service and good selection.
