I received an email that my item is ready for pick up within minutes of when I placed my order! They also let me exchange the ring for size when I was picking up my order. The associates are so helpful! When the store opens, it's definitely worth a visit in-store because they have so many great pieces.

Shipping was fast and trackable, and the package I received was absolutely delightful. Each jewelry piece came in its own small, beautiful box. The quality of the bracelet and charms is outstanding, the silver is gorgeous. I would not hesitate to order from here again.

To make the story short I was asking the sales lady if she collects the crystal but her response was she does not as she already working in the store. I'm new into crystal so I wanted to know more about it but left me no answer. Good thing I research the crystal that I need to get. I also ask to send the receipt which I spent $111.29 at the store but 4hours later still did not get the receipt. I must say that your sales lady need to know what they are selling not just selling stuff that they don't really know about. So disappointing ....

They seemed to really hover over any shopper that walked through the door. I was asked four times if I needed help. They seemed to be watching every single move any shopper made. This made my shopping experience extremely uncomfortable. I wanted to say some thing but, I’m certain they are trained to do this. When I got in the car, the First thing my daughter said to me was “why were all of the people working there following us? Did they think we were going to steal?”. I don’t usually write many reviews but this made me feel super uncomfortable. I understand there are small pieces of merchandise, but you need to come up with another loss prevention strategy.

The jewelry itself is beautiful and the crystals aren’t gorgeous, chains are durable and prices are fair for local and handmade. A personalized email was also a nice touch and adds to the great service! The packaging is super cute and I love that I can keep other things in there.

Got gifted a necklace for my birthday. Opened it and tried to take off the tag and the necklace snapped. The necklace was bought two days before I received it. Their excuse is that ‘All our jewelry is dainty’. How is that an excuse? Their marketing and blaming customers because their pieces are basically so fragile theyll break just because they are ‘dainty’. They wouldn’t even replace the necklace. Such poor customer service. Hun, good, high quality ‘dainty’ necklaces from other companies I’ve had never snap trying to take off a tag. Please don’t buy from here, their jewelry is equivalent to ardene quality, just buy from a cheap store rather than spending a high price on poor quality pieces.
