So much so, we could feel the burnt taste and the kids found it very difficult to eat as it was very hard to bite. Date: 3rd March. Emailed as you had requested. Did not get any response

I just recently bought a very complicated one ( I have picky eaters at home so I wanted in a certain way) and the way I was treated like family vs the amount of trouble I was putting in the order I can't find the amount of words to say thank you. The new owners are just adorable and they not only have the patience to put up with my complicated order but another lady was there with not so good attitude and they went beyond and even they gave her a free dip,yet the owner was more than happy to have us there and never a bad face or a bad tone. I can't wait to go back next week! Forever a customer.
W	Will Porter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the pizza but the delivery time is a serious issue and this is not the first time this location has had . I ordered my pizza online at 6:30. The payment receipt said my order will be 40 minutes. As of 7:50 it’s still not here. When I called at 7:30 I was told the driver left at 7:25. I understand we live in tough times and getting drivers could be difficult to hire but you gotta tell you customers if this is the case. It’s the responsible thing to do. Quality food and quick delivery are the keys to customer satisfaction. It’s now almost 8:00 and it’s still not here. Like I said earlier this is not the first time and unfortunately this will be the last time I order from this location.

The staff and manager are friendly, accommodating and helpful. We had a toddler who can't drink cold water and the staff member got us room temp bottled water from the back. Every one of them was smiley and seemed happy to be working there which is rare to see these days.

I order a lot from this location and they are such a delight! Whenever I had any issues with my pizza, they were always so helpful and never questioned the situation. They truly want to make their customers happy. There was an occasion where the pizza was badly burnt. I called them and requested another pizza and said they can take back the old one. They insisted that I keep the old pizza and delivered a new one. I cannot emphasize how great they are with customers. If you're looking for good pizza, excellent service, and a pizzeria that you can build a trusting relationship with, then this is your go-to place. Fostering a good relationship with restaurants where we break bread is just as important as restaurants fostering a good relationship with customers in general, especially regulars. Keep up the great, fair, and friendly service!
J	Jimmy Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to pizza, and have previously had a pretty good impression of the Pizzaiolo brand, but I had a disappointing experience with this particular location. We ordered one regular pizza and one thin crust combo which was supposed to come with two dipping sauces. We only received one of the dipping sauces and while the pizza toppings themselves were decent, I would say that the crusts were underwhelming, tough and rubbery. The thin crust was virtually the same as the regular (pic attached) and was completely absent of a good thin crust crunch. I'm certain the order was messed up and we just received two regular crust pizzas in error. However, if this was not the case then I'd say that the thin crust is certainly not on par with the ones at other chains like Pizza Nova. Edit: After contacting the customer service email in the response, Pizzaiolo made things right and restored my faith in the brand, but this was almost 4 months after the initial purchase.

I also appreciate the consistency over the years; whether it's a slice I used to grab Downtown or a full pizza I would order in Mississauga, it was always done right! This location in particular has a lovely staff and I truly appreciate the excellent service. Keep it up ???
