★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't come to this location. the assistant manager Ashley and the manager Kiki are very racist. Also there is a South Asian girl who usually works at 3 ish( from the times I came to shop) who is really rude and jumpy that I feel really uncomfortable around her. Also I came in maybe two days ago and then she saw me she popped her head to the backroom and was laughing with the manager or assistant. nothing will top what the assistant manager Ashley told Kiki the manager. She said "I can't believe she's a mom, I feel sorry for her child." when I call to inquire about daily promotions etc. Kiki and Ashley have both hung up on me and or were very rude. when the South Asian girl saw me she told me that Ashley the assistant will help me. so rude! This location never honors online promotions even though it says in store. Anyway if u want to experience racism, and being insulted, then come to shop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE. I had the disgrace of coming here and the racism and rudeness I experienced was overwhelming. I literally ran away from these women. Kiki (the old woman) and store manager is extremely mean. You have to ask for assistance and hope that they give you any, if they do, they give you dirty looks and treat you like you have mental problems when you ask for anything. They really have a major attitude issue. I even filed a complaint on her with their head office; I am surprised that she is still "managing" that place. Honestly, I'd rather drive to Square One or Sherway (which are much farther from me) than go here again and experience the hater vibes that this place has to offer....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always love coming here to see if there are new scents / new product and cheek out what their Christmas gift sets are. Of course, have to test them out before giving as a gift so did not purchase just 1, HAD to buy 2 !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its so true that this specific body shop location has rude manager and other employes.They will not help you with any product. They will just stand near the register and give a weird look to all the customers. If you return any product that you didn't like, they will give rude look and will say its a good product. Come on, all the products will not work for everyone. If you have kids don't go to this store. They are rude with the kids too. The old lady(Manger) rude with kids and their moms. I wish some one from body shop should teach them about customer service and how to be a good store representatives. Without customer, they can't sell any thing.Better go to Bath and body works to get the body lotion and body butter. They are definitely rude racist like the reviewer said.
