I always go to Trade Secrets Square One and one time, the product that I'm looking for was out of stock then the lady told me that Erin Mills location has it. I went to Erin Mills the day after and shocked to see the same lady there!!! She's so helpful and catered to all my needs. She also gave me some tips about my hair. She even made a special order for the other product that I'm looking for. She's so nice! I love her! Will always love Trade Secrets! Especially Square One and Erin Mills! Forgot to get the name of the lady but I always see her at Square One.

Came here for a full day of self-care and I was certainly blown away!! I got my brows cleaned up and a trim! Not only was the service super fast and efficient - but I left feeling like myself again! Thank you to the very sweet ladies @ Trade Secrets Erin Mills!

Never returning here again! I would like to share with you a recent experience that I had in your store that left me very unsatisfied and disappointed with the store. I purchased a universal attachment diffuser for my blow dryer. Upon opening the package and trying to put it in my blow dryer it could not attach because my hair dryer was too old and did not fit the nozzle. It never touched my hair. I was unable to USE it. I returned to the store and asked if I could return the product as it did not fit and I was unable to use it. The lady said ok let me call and find out if we can return it. She then called someone on the phone who knows where to find out if she could return it. She then said I was unable to return it. I said it was never used and it was not a blow dryer or appliance it was a silicone attachment. She said I could get store credit. At this point I did not understand why I could not simply return it. She said to me β€œIf I didn’t want to get something today she can write on my receipt that I can come back at another time”. After telling me over and over I could Not return the product and that I had to do store credit I ended up looking around at nail polish.. which was on special ...2 for 10$. As a side note these nail polishes were old, discoloured and you could tell they had to get rid of them. Had I a choice? I didn’t plan on spending more money than what I already did. She even suggested a 60$ hair oil. My credit was for 21$. Pressed for time I asked her, β€œIf I can’t get something today, can you write on the receipt that I can get store credit”? ... (just like she said in the beginning to me) ... she then says β€œoh no I can’t do that!!``” ... but she just told me she could in the beginning of our conversation!!! I found 2 nail polishes. She then came over and suggested a hair oil that was 5$. I also had chosen two more polishes. She then leads me over to another set of polishes and suggests another brand and I said β€œ oh, this is on sale as well? (ESSIE) I thought it was just OPI. Polishes!?” she then says β€œoh no! this is on sale as well” I say OK. She rings everything up and it comes to be 8$ OVER my credit. And then I said, β€œI didn’t want to spend more money!?” I then leave one of the two for ten polishes I wanted and kept the one she suggested ( under the impression it was part of the 2 for 10$) At the end of the transaction she owed me around 3$ and took the money out of the till and gave it to me. My question is if it was so easy to just give me cash for the remainder balance, why could I not have returned this product!?? She was very rush rush with me at the end and handed me my bill and said β€œOK ya!?everything good OK!” at this point I was so flustered and bewildered as to why this was such a tedious and bad experience I glanced at my bill when she handed it to me and left. Upon closer Inspection of my bill I noticed that the nail polish she said that was part of the β€œdeal” 2 for 10$... was not and I paid FULL PRICE of my credit for this one nail polish. She knew this and still put it through anyways. When I could have gotten the original colour I wanted, but I ended up leaving behind because she wanted me to pay 7$ over my credit. My first time experience at this store was absolutely terrible and the customer service and clarity about policies is very sketchy. Who Did she have to call on the phone to find out if a product can be returned or not!? Why did she not know first hand? And why was I just given cash at the end. I thought I was not able to return a product? I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for beauty supplies!

If there was 0 star allowed I would have given it to them. Complety disappointed with the service. I booked an appointment for me and my husband both after confirming a couple of times that it was fine as the appointment was at 6pm on a weekday. I had booked for a hairwash and haircut for myself. When i reached she started the haircut directly. (I don't want to write names) Told me to come with washed hair next time. I told her that I had booked for a hairwash. She then said she won't do it because it was close to closing time. I personally did not like the haircut. It was nothing close to what I had told her. Then came the threading part which she did fine. But when it came to waxing upper lips and chin she did not clean up the sticky mess caused by the wax before threading the remaining bits. The eyebrows were done fine because there was not much to do there honestly. The upper lips and chin were done horribly. Honestly I do things better at home when I do by myself even if I am not a trained person in this. Now I had booked for me and my husband, they asked my husband to come some other time because it was closing time for them. My husband kept sitting there for an hour doing nothing and waiting for his turn. And he doesn't even get what he wants after waiting for so long. To add I paid 130$ for this stuff... I understand things have to be sanitized after all leave but they could have told me that appointment for 2 won't be possible at 6 beforehand. I would never visit this place again. The trade secrets in Square One is much better than this. I will never come back here and would not recommend this to anyone. Edit: Reply to the owner's comments: Firstly I left a tip because I know how bad it feels to not get a tip and to be honest I know how businesses have suffered due to covid. I remember you asking about my husband's haircut and he lady who did my haircut asked me too about it. when I said I had booked his harcut as well, she told me that you guys close at 7 and so asked me to come some other day for him. I told it was important for him to have it done today to which she replied that my husband could go to the salon opposite to yours but today you couldn't take more clients. To answer your comment, when i talked to you about it, you told me that you needed to cleanup things and because of covid protocols it was too much work. Also till then I had asked my husband to go to the salon opposite to yours as the lady said because getting his haircut done was a priority. Also, I do not have any issue about the cleaning part. but if you knew both appointments wouldn't complete in an hour you should have told me beforehand. My husband wouldn't have come in the first place. I generally do not give bad reviews if you see. However this one was a very big disappointment especially after visiting the Trade Secrets in Square One. That is why I stand by my review.

Today I went into Trade Secrets @Erin Mills I got an Alex Peel Facial. My Medical Esthetician was Gina. She was incredible. Made sure I was comfortable the entire process. She let me know what she was doing and what It's purpose was. She gave me an after care routine to follow, suggested products to use for aftercare. I left with my skin GLOWING. She is super gentle and has a magic touch. I definitely recommend you going to see her. Thanks again to Gina.

I experienced poor customer service at this location. Apparently they don't do exchange with straighteners bought from other trade secrets since "its a company policy" despite the straightener being bought 1 day ago and still in the box unused. Very disappointing!

Great service! I had my brows done by Rosy. She was attentive to my needs and shaped my brows to my liking. Typically I stay away from threading but after her explanation I attempted the service. It wasn’t painful as it usually is. I will be back.
