★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a bottle of Jaguar Classic Black Eau De Toilette here, it's was no more than $80 for 100ml, where as at another department store, it would have been no less than $120 for 100ml.
!!UPDATE!!
The store is overly scented, you can smell the perfume 50ft away and it's so overwhelming and disgusting, the staff almost seem like they need you to buy something. The jaguar bottle I talked about earlier, there's a piece of plastic trim around the edge, it broke not 2 weeks into owning it, and be careful, Hudson's bay or sephora are much better choices to shop at for perfume and cologne.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible attitude towards customers. I was sold a bottle of Classic Oud for Her perfume for $60. The same is available for less than half the price elsewhere. Infact the same store in Square One mall sells this product for $50. When I asked the lady at the Erin Mills store, she said "we have our own prices". They don't offer refunds; only exchanges for other overpriced items. Would not recommend this store to anyone. Buyers beware. Stay away from this place.

Staff is very helpful, patient and goes a level above to provide excellent customer service. I always shop here throughout the year to get best discounts.

I asked for a rare fragrance that they didn't have (no one does) and they got my number, investigated where they could find it and sourced it from a supplier in New York and ordered it for me. They followed up responsibly via telephone and were very kind throughout it all. Thank you, I really appreciate it.
