Lash & Brow Bar

It was my second time attending today. Two weeks ago, I went for the first time to have a full set of lashes. I had to wait about 10 minutes for the tech, but it happens. She clearly had a bad cold and was sniffing the whole time but at least she wore a mask. She did a good job on my lashes - she knows what she's doing. She was quick and efficient. Today, I was kept waiting for 30 minutes. I had other commitments so couldn't stay. Here's how it went. I arrived on time at 4pm and took a seat. I was told she'd be out shortly. I had other commitments tonight so I had buffered in 15 minutes (I mean, life happens). Around 4:15, another client came in looking for threading. The receptionist showed her to a seat and started working on her right away. There was no information to me about where my tech was. At 4:20, realizing I was getting past my buffer time, I told the receptionist that I had other commitments and needed to get started soon. She went to the back to check, and came out to tell me that the tech would be another 10 minutes. I told her I couldn't wait that long and explained that this wasn't cool since I was going away in a few days. I also asked why they would schedule a time if they've clearly double- or over-booked? The receptionist didn't answer me. She looked at me, and walked away to continue threading the other client. I left. If the tech was going to be that delayed, a call or text to let me know would have been nice, giving me enough time to reschedule or postpone my other commitments. It's a shame because the tech herself did a good job. But I absolutely won't be going back, given the appalling lack of concern for customer service. Lash extensions aren't cheap. I expect better service if I'm going to spend $200 (with tip) for a set and $70 (with tip) for a fill. I do not recommend this place.

The staff here is rude and very disrespectful. I will only come back to get my eyebrows threaded from Sonu, she is very polite and does a great job.

Sonu is AMAZINGGGGGGGG HONESTLY I came in to do a acne facial and Sonu made me feel like home her service is amazing I loved everything her work is amazing as well just like her I will be coming back! You should try her out you will leave happy! Just like I did

Would not recommend this place. I went for a eyelash removal and this place did not even have the basic lash tools or knowledge on lash removal techniques. I sat in the chair while they used a lash removal serum that stinged and burned my eyes for 2 and a half hours. After this time the lady doing the removal told me to leave because she could not remove my lashes. Completely unprofessional.. a place that is advertised as a LASH and brow bar should atleast have the basic tools or at least knowledge about lash removal. Will NEVER be returning.

I went here for Eyebrow threading last Sunday. The lady who did it totally messed my eyebrows. When I showed her that she has removed 2-3 hair from my eyebrow and that she should have done it carefully, she replied casually that "yeah I can see that, I dont know how that happened, that but it's ok, it will grow back in some days". This is the Attitude of the people working here. Pathetic service, Unprofessional and Rude staff! She has literally ruined my eyebrows. Would not recommend anyone to go here for Eyebrow threading atleast!

I will never use their services and I highly advise no one else does either. I walked by their shop multiple times today and every single time, not a single employee was wearing a mask. I even watched as the woman working did a customers eyebrows with no mask on even though the customer had worn one. It is places like this who don’t listen to government regulations that get all personal care shut down, even those who perfectly follow the rules. Shame on all of you and your management. Protect your family, go to regal nails in Walmart instead for your personal services as they do follow protocols.

Five stars are not even enough to rate my experience. I'm SO picky about my eyebrows and really had none, to begin with. The results I got are beyond what I could have hoped for. They are very professional, pay attention to details and are incredibly patient. I would highly recommend this place for all your eyebrows and lash needs.

I came across Lash and Brow Bar while I was shopping at Erin Mills Town Centre. I wanted to get my eyebrows done and went inside and Sonu helped me with my services. She was so professional and took me in right away. She was so neat with her work and my eyebrows never looked better! Thank you so much Sonu. Looking forward to my next appointment with her! I highly recommend Sonu for all your services at Lash and Brow Bar :)
