I put the order in a bit late, but after calling in, they pushed my wallet through custom engraving and shipped it so it arrived before the weekend. Great customer service, free custom engraving and, of course high quality leather products with a lifetime guarantee. I would recommend Hides Canada for all of your leather purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my Hides wallet during the Corona outbreak.
There was a small hiccup with the delivery process ( Canada Post), I emailed Hides and they promptly looked into it, resolved the issue and my wallet was delivered. Understandable considering the pandemic.
Very happy with the quality of the leather, design, colour. I'm using it and abusing it, and it's holding up really well.
Great product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is absolutely horrendous at this store, I wanted to support a Canadian business but clearly this one does not cater to their customers. My order was placed February 5th and I didn’t even receive an invoice until March 4th. I am currently awaiting a response to initiate a return for a full refund, and I honestly think that they will find a way to avoid my issue, just as many others have reviewed below. Stop supporting businesses like Hides that don’t care about you and your hard earned money. There are plenty of other better options to buy quality Canadian leather products locally. This is NOT a business that represents Canadian customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service. We had to do an exchange after many months due to an incorrect size and delays from Covid lockdowns. We had misplaced the receipt but they were more than happy to honor our dilemma and do the exchange for us. Many businesses could learn by their example.

1- Needed to return an item, no email reply.
2- Called them and found out they sent me a sample product by mistake (no logo and looks different from online pic)
3- Rep on phone told me 2 options, A)send us the real product and keep the sample OR B)just refund.
4- Sent another email to confirm option A.
5- Was told they can offer 25% off OR refund...
So they are inconsistent AND they want to get away by selling me a sample for 25% off ??!!
WOW. Amazing.

Perfect fitting for me and cant beat the price, trust me i looked everywhere lol. quality is amazing and we ready with our custom logos for this riding season. They can emboss logos or they can sew a patch to your existing jacket. Never knew a local business was doing this. Legit will be coming back often
