★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this location of Tandy! Incredibly knowledgeable and kind owner! It's always an amazing shopping experience and I really enjoy the conversations with him! This location is HUGE and they often have many leathers on sale. I really like that they are all located at the front table. The go to store if you need some funky leather on sale!

Even went out of their way to scrounge up a discarded and hidden piece of scrap. Worker greeted me immediately and jumped at the chance to assist as well. Made a loyal customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After placing an order online after Black Friday, a few items were (unsurprisingly) out of stock. They took the time to call me and provided me with a few options to make sure I'd be happy and get the package promptly. When I mentioned I was a beginner and just getting started, he correctly guessed the project I was working on and offered some recommendations to ensure I'd have what I needed to successfully complete it.
I do a fair bit of online ordering (as we all do these days) and I was extremely impressed. I'm looking forward to the next time I'm in Mississauga so I can drop in the store.

If was refreshing to shop in a store where the people working use the products resulting in superior product knowledge. They were more than willing to go the extra mile, to ensure I was well setup and made great recommendations on what I was purchasing and what I will need as I progress. We'll worth the 2 hour drive.

Their prices are reasonable, tons of products to choose from, staff are very helpful and store is very organized. I am now interested in learning leather crafts and I can see myself going to this store more often.
