I guess I'll just order online ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Avoid to buy from this store. I purchased a bag from Coach at Square One mall and then return it . They gave me a store credit and didn’t put money on it . As a result , I involved the police. Be careful to return on store credit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not say better things about Melissa, Laurel, and the team at Coach Square One. They truly go above and beyond to provide high quality customer care. They have done an amazing job even through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Every experience that I have had with the team has been extremely pleasant. My items are always perfect and they take the time to ensure everything is all wrapped up beautifully!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I swore not to go back to this location after being the only customer in the store, and not being helped by the associate there. Another person came back from their lunch break right when I was about to leave and helped me with my purchase. Only at this time did the woman that was in the store try to help me and take over the other associates sale. I declined her help as I did not want the unhelpful person receive unearned commission. However, the customer service has improved quite a bit since I last visited in 2018. I was greeted right away and shown all of the new products and led me to purchase a bag to add to my collection.
