★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband Omar said that on Saturday 30th of April at square one we came with our little kids to exchange some items and we never heard before about children place's exchanging policy that we can't exchange different items at that time. so we and other customers were asking her to exchange, and she kept saying we can't exchange at 8:45 and she kept claiming she was the 'manager' and we didn't get her point and suddenly she started shouting in front of the kids, so we asked her to talk politely and she kicked the customers out of her store while the kids were crying, then she kept mumbling that they had no rights to talk like that and she wasn't wrong for what she did.
So I believe as a manager she should be more professional and even if the customers were wrong she shouldn't have lost her temper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife ordered some shirts online, when she went to pick them up more than 8 hours later, she was told they were out of stock. They were in stock when she placed the order.
The real problem with this visit was the arrogance of the manager on duty. She rudely walked away from the conversation like a child who can't handle a situation, which they created.
Isn't the manager supposed to make things better? Instead of worse?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is extremely disrespectful and insulting for no reason. One of the staff members was busy organising one of the isles and we politely asked if she's done. She snapped at us and said, can't you read ? The sign is right there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store today and I was very happy with the service I got even though I had a few kids who were not cooperating with trying on clothes. The sales associate was so helpful to locate and reserve clothes in the correct size in other stores for me which saved me so much time!!!! Thank you to the store staff for making this shopping experience easier!!!! Keep safe ?

however recently when i came
the staff was rude as hell
i asked a staff member who was on her phone to help me find a size
She snapped and said "is it that hard to do it yourself" then she whispered to a staff member saying "i hate these annoying customers" she rolled her eyes and without looking she said we have none
