Visited the clinic few times for naturopath appointments. Poonam Patel is very thorough in her approach and was very happy to seek her advice. She is calm and understanding and helped me to identify the source of my aches and pains. She helped me by preparing a plan to start working towards a better health rightaway. I am impressed with her professional & proactive approach towards clients. Would definately recommend her.

Showed up a 9:30am, and was told walk in hours start at 10:00am, and that they would save my spot in line. I came back at 10 and was waiting with numerous other people. The doctor was yet to arrive. I left at 10:45am. The doctor still hadn’t showed. I asked the receptionist what the hold up was. She said, “The doctor still isn’t here. I’ll be calling her soon.” I wish I could decide to be an hour late for my job and not be held accountable.

My first time to have an injury and Tejash Modi, physiotherapist great at his job of assessing and treating. I have had excellent results and still continuing my treatment, would not hesitate to recommend to my friends. Receptionist is very nice especially Abbie.

Don’t risk ur life n time here, they literally don’t care …… Having Dr Amin as family doctor from last 5 years, appointments are always a pain….. if u need them in an emergency situation as I had recently where I was not able to walk due to back muscle spasm, I called multiple times and receptionist gave a damn, was offering telephonic appointment even after a week… I requested and explained my situation that I really need help n advise so I can attend emergency otherwise…. But they have a damn …. Week after I called again today, and they attended me in the same way…. You deserve better, when it comes to your family’s health…. So don’t waste ur time n energies here….. better attend a walk-in clinic nearby rather than having a so called family doctor….

Horrible service at this clinic, I called to get an appointment for a walk in and she said she will give me an appointment for the next day I said no problem. she puts me on hold and says oh I can't give you an appoint you need to call back tomorrow! How does this make sense I am calling for an appointment for a walkin and now your asking me to call another day? Horrible place. Response to Owner: Yes except noone is doing real walk ins, that was just the name for a patient calling who is not a family patient with your doctors. it was actually an appointment request for a phone consultation which indeed everyone is booking appointments for. And your receptionist actually gave me a time for tomorrow dec17 and then went back on her word because she asked to hold and then changed her story about giving me an appointment for phone consultation. So next time please don't blame COVID for walk in appointments. I advise all people to avoid this clinic its not professional. I will be reporting it to the patient ombudsman.

Been Dr Arraujo's patient for over 20 years. He is an excellent Dr, has a lot of knowledge takes time explaining everything to you he's honest and humble man. His staff are wonderful and always helpful. Highly recommend him. Excellent family Dr.

One star for the other paramedical services like physio, massage, etc. but ZERO stars for the “walk in clinic”. After being unable to get an immediate appointment with his family doctor, my son decided to get help from this “walk in clinic”. Thankfully the clinic was not busy however the doctor immediately turned him away and would not provide any assistance nor specify a reason why he could not. It was astonishing and the only rationale is because of the colour of my son’s skin. This doctor has forgotten his taking of the Hippocratic oath - there was clearly no care, no decency, no concern for another human being who needed his help. My son had no option but to go to another clinic down the road where they provided him with professional help (he was diagnosed with bronchitis). I am now pursuing recourse with the College of Physicians and Surgeons Ontario to investigate this denial of service. Additionally, the reviews about the Receptionist are valid. She is extremely rude, unprofessional, and has a very large chip on her shoulder. You would be foolish to go to this clinic for you will be berated by her. She obviously takes her “life anger” and “job frustrations” out on all patients and I cannot understand why those in charge allow this unacceptable behaviour to continuously happen. She is in the wrong profession and I urge the owners of this clinic to reevaluate their employees and PLEASE remember that they are in the business of helping fellow human beings in healthcare. Proper training is required at this place. There is also a sense of denial here. For proof, look at all the responses to the negative feedback here in Google Reviews. The clinic blames the patient when the review is not positive rather than finding an amiable solution. SO A WORD TO THE WISE: several new and cleaner walk in clinics have opened nearby and you and your family are guaranteed better service, professionalism and kindness elsewhere. NOT AT THIS CLINIC! *UPDATE: as predicted, this clinic has responded with another excuse (please view all their other responses to former patients). The doctor did not explain that their systems were down and if he did, my son would have simply waited. Rather, he was explicitly told by the doctor “no, you have to be seen by another clinic”. Moreover, my son came in AFTER 1pm when your systems were running so your dishonesty is unbecoming. If this wasn’t a clear refusal of service I don’t know what is. Please stop trying to make excuses and cover up what’s truly going on. Fix your mistakes, improve your service and perhaps you will attract patients again.
