Yes the wait times are long and yes the appointment takes less than the actual time you waited for it. But the doctors are knowledgable, great and super nice. The receptionists are also very warm and welcoming people, I don't know why everyone else is saying differently. Truly love this clinic and the pharmacy next to it, very kind people.

Receptionists, agreed with most of the reviews. May be just one girl whom quite professional than others. I spoke to one this morning. I know who is she and is the worst. Epic failed for communication skills and lack of respects and empathy. How can you talk to your patient in a way you shouldn't be talking like in this vulnerable! She sounds like she is better than anyone. Hummpphh

M	MoHani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and irresponsible the receptionist never answer the phone even when you have an appointment and they don’t call you for your phone appointments and if they do it’s 4-6 hours after the time discussed, I don’t understand how you can treat patients like this and allow a phone to ring more than 30 times without answering, what are they getting paid to do??
T	Tab One on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are OK with world worst receptionists, this is the clinic for you. They will change the appointment date and time without notice. It happened to me more than twice. You thought you would be on schedule waiting for doctor call and finally you would figure out your appointment was changed without notice. I am pretty sure if give them gifts, they will nice on you and jump the waiting time. Good luck.
I	Irina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a patient of dr. Myint for over 10 years now. He is one of the best doctors, always taking the time to listen to your concerns and give you the proper diagnosis and treatment. Even if I moved to another city I still come to his clinic as it’s very difficult to find a truly good, professional doctor as doctor Myint. The last employed medical office administrator it’s one of the best. She always pick up the phone by the third ring and if she is busy and you leave a message, she always makes sure she return your call as soon as possible. She tries to accommodate you based on your schedule for an appointment with your family doctor. I’m very pleased with these two professionals and I hope the rest can take some notes to improve their work.

A	Admin R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a patient of Dr. Mona and Dr. Mynt for 10+ years now, I waited 15 mins for the incompetent receptionist to come back to her desk because she was talking on the phone or laughing on the phone with her friend while four other patients behind me were waiting to be just checked in (she thinks no one can understand Arabic but her) after a horrible experience i booked an appointment. Left the clinic and when I got home I had one question to ask. I called 17 times and they never answered. Only two receptionists who are good and unfortunately they were not working when I came in there today (white lady and the Egyptian lady that were not working today)
