J	Junior Money on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe this is the worst walk-in clinic in Mississauga Ontario Canada the staff are very rude and very racist to watch people that come in and called it when you have a white name the answer you very properly and when you see you come at the door they watch u call three times and then answer the phone very rude and yelling asking u what do you want and when I told them I'm here for my vaccine shot and they say is funny they don't do vaccinations shots and the same doctor I saw last two week say if i.m I'm unable to take my other shot at the location I could book it here and have no problem getting it done here but now the people who answer the phone yell at me tell me they never do it here and hung up never go here again. And would recommend no one should ever come here ever again if you like being disrespectful workers
N	Nadia Sewchan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful disposition from the woman who answered the phone. Didn't even bother explaining what I wanted to see the doctor for based on her tone alone. Highly recommend they invest time and energy into finding pleasant and professional staff.
B	Brandy Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr PHAM is a TERRIBLE doctor I came in with my 2 year old and as I was trying to explain why i was there all she heard was me mention coughing and started to yell over me as I was trying to finish saying “NO he can’t be here if he’s coughing I don’t want covid “ AFTER her co worker already took his temp and it was normal not to mention and no other symptoms my son has been coughing for 5 months and he is due to see a Respirolgist In 2 months however the cough sounds like a chest infection which needs antibiotics and this DR PHAM just tossed us out of the clinic and said go to credit valley !!! TERRIBLE DOCTOR don’t recommend if your life depended on it
P	Piso Mojado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to get my ear infection checked out and I was surprised with the incompetency of this firm. They tried to incorrectly drain my ear twice and actually made my infection worse. The pain was so bad I tried to go to the hospital. I can safely say I will never go back to this clinic as it is by far the worst one I've ever been to.

All the staffs, nurse and the doctor were courteous and sympathetic. Dr. Pham has personally called for the follow up on the ultrasound result.
J	Jen Duggan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this walk-in clinic a few and can honestly say that I've never had a negative experience. I saw Dr Pham yesterday, and she was outstanding - I cannot recommend her highly enough. My only complaint is that the parking lot is very small ?
s	s m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down worst medical clinic I've been to. With the exception of one of the front desk receptionists who was extremely sweet and helped book me in last minute. The doctor I saw looked like he was so done with being there and didn't seem interested in wanting to figure out the cause to my issue was (severe abdomen, chest and back pain) and the assistant or nurse that he asked to do an EKG for me had so much bad attitude and was so rude to me because she couldn't get the right readings on the machine. In the end they got inaccurate test results and misdiagnosed my issue and sent me to the emergency room where I wasted 9 hours (unnecessarily exposed to more potential covid cases mind you) to have the hospital doctor tell me my issue was a minor, easy diagnosis and I shouldn't have been sent there if the clinic staff knew what they were doing.
T	Thea Vandyke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff over the phone. I called in wanting to make an appointment to confirm our pregnancy and the woman I spoke over the phone was incredibly rude. She informed me that the doctor would see me but could only confirm the pregnancy with a blood test, but would not do any referral to an OB as I was not a regular patient of the clinic. So whats the point of coming in? I though you were a walk in clinic? So you only provide proper health care to patients and not people who come in for an appointment? The woman then asked why I didn't have a family doctor and when I explained to her I have been having a hard time finding a family doctor due to a shortage of family doctors in Ontario, she patronized me and essentially called me stupid for not having one. What? I cancelled my appointment with them. I had no interest in coming in to a facility where the staff was rude and unprofessional. I found another clinic who was friendly, professional, and would provide me with proper care.
