v	vishal singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment with Dr Nagy Awad. I waited 1.5 hrs before telling them I was going to reschedule at which point they directed me to a room. But I left. Too busy, seem disorganized. Can't comment too much on Dr himself as I have only seen him once before. but they need to get better organized.
S	Serena An on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a simple blood test. Everybody was very rude and looked like they did not want to be there. The secretary was yelling at 3 different patients. They said that the line was short and it would take 10 minutes. We waited for 15 minutes and nobody even moved. I had another class after so I was unable to wait longer. There was also somebody who came into the clinic without a mask and they waited 5-7 minutes before even asking about why she wasn't wearing a mask. Overall, a very bad experience. Do not recommend. Just go to Dynacare instead.

They dont take long compared the rest of the clinics in Mississauga. And the doctor actually sits and talk to u for a while. Not 2-3 minutes like other doctors. This is a great clinic.
S	Shaheer Jamal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment for 3:30 pm. We were called in the examination room at 4:15 pm and the doctor came in after 5 pm. I kept being told just 5 mins for the past hour and a half. Save yourself the trouble of booking the appointing or even coming here, go to dynacare. The front desk is not professional, all they do is laugh with each other. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Ill be finding someone else.
c	cliff miranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is hands down best clinic I have been to since coming to Mississauga and I have heard several horror stories from others about some of the walk in clinics in Mississauga... Dr. Tadros genuinely listens and takes the time necessary to help and properly diagnose his patients.. I've never felt rushed in any way at the Queen Clinic. I will continue going as long as Dr. Tadros is there. Most of these negative reviews are inaccurate as none of the staff are rude even when others are being rude to them or impatient. The only reason a walkin clinic would have long wait times or even sometimes be a little late for an appointment is because they are great and so many people want to go here. It also means the doctors are not rushing patients and treating us like a number like some others might. Thank you Queen Clinic for all you do, and continue to do. Especially during these difficult times. Beautiful, clean clinic with amazing staff. Highly recommend Cliff M.
S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, especially pharmacy :) except for Dr Bolous. If you wanna feel invalidated and dismissed about your medical concerns, he’s the person you should go to! Will never see him again but I’ll be revisiting the clinic for other doctors.

He has been my family doctor for over 5 years and he always addresses all my concerns right away. Whether it is filling out forms for STD, surgery or recommending a specialist doctor. he is always willing to help. He takes his time to get to know the patient and the issues the patient is having to ensure all are resolved. His office follows up with a call to book a follow up appointment if needed. Dr. Awad has a great way of personalizing the experience for the patient. He remembers the conversation from previous visits and will always ask regarding the issues patient was previously going through or if it is resolved. He does not rush the patient and takes his time to go through all the things the patient is looking for. He also ensures to make the patient feel comfortable and will always guide with honest opinion. The Queen clinic has a pharmacy and a blood test lab in it as well, which makes it easier to get may things done at the same time :)
