Sorry but I don’t think now.I went to clinic today with my 3 month baby.she is having a cough from yesterday I was just worried and I thought might be doctor will check and give her any cough sirup.But when we went there Dr. Mohamed Lamine Decline to check my baby.If he don’t want to check at least he can suggest something…… I can understand it Covid time we can say youngsters,kids ,senior but why for newborn baby. I don’t know where huminity is going????He is having only a degree……….. Heartless and Heart breaking
E	Emanuel Amaral on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the walk in clinic yesterday to book an appointment for a covid test they tell me they will test me and to get to the clinic by 10am. I get there on time only to be told no I have to buy a rapid test. They should have told me yesterday instead of making me take 3 busses with a fever and cough early in the morning. This walk in clinic does not care about their patients.
A	Aysis SG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careless. worst people. worst service. everything about this institution is bad. they lost my ultrasound results and my STD test results. they lost my urine sample. they found it and told me to come in person to get my results, and when I arrived they told me they had lost it again after sending me into the doctors office, the doctor told me to go to the reception to see if they have my results. They were supposed to tell me the results to my ultrasound three days after I had it, I called them for 2 weeks, but they never got back to me they just kept telling me to call back. (they are supposed to call you to tell you the results after three days) until the third week when they finally gave me a phone call and told me I had a tumour. they told me it was benign, but I don't really think I should trust their opinion considering how careless they were previously. They don't care about you, I promise you Will get better medical care if you simply go somewhere else, because their treatment of patients and how they handle medical properties is just embarrassing.
s	soroush sadeghi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see the doctor for the first time today at his clinic. The receptionist was friendly and asked some routine health-related questions. They had three thermometers, but they were only for display. On top of that, no one is wearing appropriate PPE. I went to see the doctor and detailed all of my symptoms to him. I had a sore throat with excruciating pain. I'm going to make a joke for you. The doctor told me to go home and examine my throat in the mirror. If I find any whitish spots, He will prescribe antibiotics:\| What is your job, Doctor then ? Just bill OHIP for a service you didn't provide? I knew I had those whitish spots on my throat. Even though it was ridiculous, I followed his request when I got home. I called the front desk again, explained the situation, and asked the secretary to notify Doctor that I was in need of those medications. She stated that we will contact you once the Rx is ready. Of course, there was no response from their end. I called them again after 2 hours and I was told that the doctor had taken a 2-hour break:\| was he partying or something? To cut a long story short, I saw him at 11:00 a.m. It's 8:47 p.m., and the entire staff is now partying with my prescription in hand. Great service of a physician ( would you even call him a doctor ? )

I called this clinic in advance to make sure they were still opened for walk in. The staff told us if we could get there before 7:15pm they would take us. We got there at 7:05pm, and they were CLOSED. We didn't call so we could come in to shop. We called because we needed medical advise. Very irresponsible. Avoid at all cost. We ended up using online medical service and got the help we needed.
S	Shan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main Doctor is very bad. My parents have been going for years but the Doctor is not attentive, doesn't provide suggestions. My father had a stroke and Doctor provides no advice, doesn't discuss blood work and doesn't even administrator a blood pressure test. My parents will no longer be going here. I brought my daughter here once because she had rashes appearing and my home clinic was closed. The other doctor looked at her from far a way and gave her a ezima medicine for an older child! Went to my family doctor after the holidays and he was extremely upset, turns out it was head foot mouth disease. I don't like writing negative reviews but when it comes to health and our elderly you have to take it seriously.

The staff was polite and very professional, they had me fill out a form and by the time I completed it the front desk asked me to wait in the room for the doctor. I was mentally ready to wait a couple hours when I showed up as i read some of the comments however you can’t believe all the noise online. On the contrary this might have been the quickest walk in clinic experience I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. For the record the staff were very nice, from the front desk to the doctor. Not sure what you Ontario folk expect from a walk-in clinic, but this is standard practice across the country. Thanks health plus for making my visit quick and comfortable.
S	Sachin Mahajan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here as it’s in our neighbourhood. However, the place opens at 9am and its 10:45am and the doctor has not yet reached the clinic. Mighty unprofessional, I would say. The support staff is fabulous but the doctor the exact opposite, unfortunately.
