Please DO NOT GO HERE NO MATTER WHAT. they have on purpose placed there stuff sooo loose that if u pass by it they will fall and you would end up paying money for it. Owner or the employee do not take any responsibility. But will accuse u no matter what. Trash place to even step in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually buy stuff from here but recently had a bad experience about their helium gas filled balloons, it stayed up hardly 2 hours. previously bought from party city and other places lasts few days, I bought 10 helium balloons and when called them they said balloons have only 5 hours life so they can't do anything....it was not one or two I bought 10 of them....got very disappointed from their customer dealing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fought with me about one balloon that popped before I got in my car. One out of three. Came back and the lady who works there expected me to pay for another balloon. Followed by ignoring me, and telling the next customer to come up the counter. Great customer service (insert sarcasm)!!!! Never coming back. You officially lost a customer and ruined a good day for my family. Work on customer service. $2 for you isn't too much of a loss. The cost of the balloon was likely 50 cents at the most. Guess that's more important than customer retention!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do amazingly beautiful hilum balloons at a very cheep price as compared to the nearby stores. Also the customer service is pretty good, I must say.
