Previous ice cream cake purchased was phenomenal and tasty. The current one purchased in larger size was overly sweet, lacked in fruit portion and did not taste as great as my previous purchase experience here. Nothing spectacular and definitely disappointing to say the least.

I always come here for ice-cream cake. I set up birthday dinners at the Chinese restaurant next door, then halfway through dinner, I run over to Baskin Robbins for ice-cream cake! So convenient!

Not bad, I got here when it wasn't busy. The pistachio Almond icecream was a bad choice. Some sort of essence in it. The only safe bet is the hot sundae with pralines and cream.

THE WORST SERVICE FROM THE OWNER/MANAGER I like Baskin and Robbins ice cream from a very long time. The experience I had at this location will definitely never suggest this location to anyone unless u have no other options. I never ever saw a store that shuts their counter when a customer is still choosing the ice cream and the time is 10.28 pm n they close at 10.30pm. Yes the product is what's important and I can buy that in a grocery store. If we r spending extra money that's for service we get.

Be aware when you go to Baskin-Robbins in this location. They will try to scam you, I asked for 3kids size scoops and after I payed I noticed that she charged me for 3 single sizes. She played dumb saying that she thought were single ones. I shared this story with a friend and suprisely she told me that it happen the same to her but she thought the employee didn't hear what she asked for. So she got away with it. Just be aware!!!

I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the manager of this franchise/ location this afternoon, albeit I did not know this at the time and only found out when I called back to speak with a manager. When I walked in, I was the only one in the store and was the only one the entire time I interacted with this person. Jaz was on the phone. I waited while she continued being on the phone. She approached me while still on the phone. The conversation was not customer related. While still on her call she inquired as to how she could help. My request was simple, four gift cards with its correlated gift receipts so that their receivers would not have any issues using them. She was still on her phone call as this was happening and at some point during the process of fulfilling my request she ended her call. She handed me my gift cards, receipts and order of ice cream. I asked her if she could help me match receipt to card and or advise me on how I could identify receipt to card. She did not know and asked for it all back again. She handed to all back to me a few seconds later, telling me in a very rude tone, it’s on there and I should do it myself without actually offering any instruction on where exactly it was listed. This was done abruptly and disrespectfully, while I was still polite /respectful and if anything, just confused and seeking assistance. Never the less, I took a few minutes to figure it out myself as she had walked away at this point and started slamming the ice cream shutters down. I wish that was the end of my interaction with her, but sadly one gift card had no gift receipt with it and so I asked her if she could hand me it or had it fallen on her side of the counter , to which she replied with she forgot to process it. I asked her if she could help me rectify this and while she did not apologize for her mistake, she told me β€œshe could not do anything”, and to give the person the complete receipt rather than the gift receipt. I reminded her that the complete receipt had other items and would not work as this was a gift card going to someone else. She repeated her statement about not being able to do anything. I then asked her if she could refund me and reissue a gift card with a gift receipt. She said β€œno”, but then said she would speak with her manager (she is the manager and does not report to anyone higher than her. Confirmed with the employee I spoke with). She comes over while on the phone, gestures for the gift card, which I hand over and then returns it back with a slip of paper that states balance left on card. She then says β€œthat’s all I can do” and walks away towards the side/ back, slamming things as she walked in that direction. At this point, I just wanted to get out of there. For a manager to behave in such a disrespectful non customer service way is appalling. Is this the type of customer service you expect your employees to mirror? Jaz, you were treated with respect, politeness and kindness from my end. Please hold yourself accountable for your disrespectful service.

This location is the best if you want handpacks. They really fill the containers. All the other locations are stingy with the handpacks. They give generous scoops here too. ?

I went here with my wife to get a cake for our 4 month Anniversary and it came out great. The staff here were friendly and polite. The ice cream cake cane out great. I would highly recommend coming here. This store location was quite clean and inviting. The plaza that this store is located in allows you to come here as a desert after a meal at somewhere like Lazeez Shawarma.
