I just went to Crate and Barrel's Mississauga location for the first time. I didn't know what to expect. I was so pleased with the warm and inviting atmosphere. Carol-Ann greeted me by the door when I first walked-in . She asked me if I was picking up an order, looking for anything particular or just browsing. She pointed me in the right direction and off I went. No one hounding me. No pressure to buy. After doing a full lap of the store, I went back to her to see if certain items were I stock. She was pleasant to deal with and ask for my items to be left at cash while I still shopped around. She's so thoughtful.
When you go to this location look out for **Superstar Rav**. She's a total gem. I asked her silly questions about popcorn. Rather than passing judgement on me, since I seemed to be a bit naive on the topic of popcorn.....she quickly too out her device to look up an answer for me. Also, I was lucky enough to be cashed out by her. She's friendly, chatty, gave me advice about gift cards. She did a fabulous job boxing my items. Most importantly, she's customer focus. Her service is exceptional. If you want to feel valued while spending your hard earn dollars, check-out this location. Carol-Ann and Rav ... I hope your team, manager, and corporate office know what a valuable asset you both are. I'll definitely make the trek down from the top of the 410 and down 403 to visit your store again. Thank you so much for making my shopping experience a wonderful one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This happened a while ago and putting 2 stars only for the products! But this store management is seriously lacking… A kind young lady helped me find and purchase items but she needed a manager for some reason and I wish she didn’t have to because all he did was huff and puff. He didn’t greet me and was so rude to the employee. I felt bad for her but she didn’t seem to notice which makes me think this is normal behaviour from him. I still am so shocked! I believe his name is Kevin. So awful and unwelcoming. Do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this store. It is well lit and very spacious. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly but they don't bother you. There is a great selection of household goods. I like the kitchen accessory and dish area. There are plenty if options to choose from. The store is outsider the mall beside Whole foods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fred the manager is absolutely useless, so unhelpful, rude and was incredible condescending!!! Never been treated so poorly by a “store manager” crate and barrel needs to do better due diligence when hiring.
Ravjeet was so so helpful and sweet, she should be the manager not Fred!

On picking up items, two people helped me to load the furniture into the car, very polite and hardworking. Highly recommend this store.
