★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for cheap shopping... If need something for time being go and shop . It is very well organized and you can easily locate the stuff you want but quality of material is not upto mark if you have short term plans to keep a specific product it is good place. Moreover they have 45 days return policy except boxing day shopping. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope this review saves one person's money! Their patio furniture is trash lol. I bought a set that is literally falling apart after 4 years (kept under a gazebo in summer and in a shed for the winter). It was one of the nicer ones they have-as some of their furniture looks like its made for children/looks very chrap! Their customer service told me : "seasonal sets will commonly need to be replaced over time as the temperature changes will cause some wear and tear." Apparently its expected to need to buy furniture every 3 years. Dont do it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are buying anything from this store, ask them to open the box to ensure the item inside is the same one you are looking to buy. I purchased a few items from them. One of the items was not same item that was open and on display to see and try. I asked them to refund and I was told they can not return open item as per their policy. So I feel I need to ask them to open and show me the item to ensure I am paying for right item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to purchase patio furniture and were assisted by Vini at the Mississauga location. She was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating. She helped us through the entire purchase very patiently and also helped us pick the right delivery method. Overall, a great happy experience. Apart from that, the cashier was also very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to heartland center and had so much help from Arthur! He's a fantastic sales associate, and was very patient with our demands at multiple times. Definitely worth coming back to! I've worked customer service and I know quality service when I see it. He was definitely quality service! We spent a good 1k in the store because of how helpful he has.
