★ ★ ★ ★ ★ update: ordered three different rolls, and I have to say it was the most bland sushi I've ever had. I ordered the spicy California, spicy beef teriyaki, and Alaskan rolls. for $26, I must say I'm very disappointed.
original: good food. a bit pricey. not one of my regulars, but good for a spontaneous meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order at this location and they did not give me teriyaki sauce on my beef teriyaki… the beef was dry and just inedible without any sauce at all. I called in and management apologized and credited me a free meal. I came in to claim it and they were rude and also stated that management changed so my credit no longer applied. Lost a customer over one meal, unfortunate. Bad management and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teriyaki chicken Bento was good but portion seemed a little less for the price - we ordered the spring rolls and gyoza( they have pork or beef only option), should have tried the sushi instead of the gyoza.
The noodlefull was good with apt amount of veggies and chicken. I asked double for the sauce and for my taste kinda a one and a half was better since it became too much sausy,will have to try a single serving of the sauce.
It's a fast food chain hence barely any wait time , approximately 10 mins.
Overall good . May try the other options again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice take out place, they have a handy app to pre order and you can pick up within 15min. After 10+ orders never had an issue. Every 5 food orders you get one free meal if using the app. You can also eat in, there is enough room for it and it looks well maintained and cleaned. I recommend this place :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time unfortunately my experience wasn’t bad but not great either! I ordered bento box with salmon sushi and beef rolls. The salmon sushi roll which was the main dish was not good due to the rice being too wet and they refrigerated it and cause of that the rice was to dry and sticky!! The side dish the beef roll was good and the rice on that was perfect which confuses me even more! I understand if refrigerate the the salmon but not the rice it’s gonna get dry!! Sides were good as stated earlier, customer service was good! The place is clean just the food was just meh!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be good but not anymore. Sushi wasn't fresh and tasted dry . No chicken in the noodles was half of what I used to get before. Service sucks no greeting nothing . No timeline to when your order is ready . U just wait . Ambiance is good but vibe is not great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location just yesterday. Ordered avocado rolls, yam rolls, and vegetable rolls.
Melissa was super helpful at this location! She made my order and took her time with it to ensure they were rolled properly.
Unfortunately when I went, she was also the only person taking orders and had to keep running back and forth between making food and placing the order at the till.
What I appreciated the most was that each time she came back from the till, she washed her hands and wrists with soap for a solid 30 seconds or so and then replaced her gloves before continuing to prepare the food. During a time like covid, I was glad to see her going the extra mile to throughly wash her hands prior to preparing my order.
The ingredients themselves were a bit dry, hence the 4 star rating, but otherwise a solid 9/10 for service. It would be a 10/10 if they could get another employee in there to work just the till as I ended up waiting about 15-20 minutes for my order due to her having to run back and forth for other customers placing orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is okay. The quality is more fastfood-like than expected, especially the shrimp tempura. Serving size could have been better as the price leans on the expensive side. Overall, an okay experience. Ambience and dine-in comfort is perhaps one of the main reasons you should consider, if ever you want to eat here.
