β β β β β The saddest McDonald's with the saddest breakfast sandwich in the entire GTA
As we started ordering we had a very stern and rude woman at the other end She was rude so went to pay and of course she was rude again
We wanted a breakfast sandwich with hash browns while collecting our order we realized they didn't give hash browns after 11 am why?
So instead of hash browns we got fries which was bad
Really don't care for a breakfast sandwich with fries
The person giving out the food too had a terrible attitude
The egg and muffins were burnt please see the pictures attached
In short we are never ever going to this McDonald's again rate it as the worst in GTA

β β β β β Went on drive thru to get breakfast.I had to go back to get Egg McMuffin and hasbrowns which they missed giving it to me and was part of my order and made me feel like I was asking for free stuff.Just came home to eat my breakfast and found out that I got sausage McMuffin instead of EggMcMuffin so I I have to throw that as I don't eat sausage.

β β β β β Yesterday March.22.2022 , me and my 6 years old daughter ordered two Mac chicken meal around 3 pm and this the only thing we ate the Yesterday and from 6 pm until today 12 pm of March. 23rd we are vomiting, stomach pains and non stop Diarrhea Ψ please anyone going through this??

- Poor quality customer service with a side of attitude (21/02/2022 @ 4pm)
- Ice cream machine operation is unreliable
Tips:
- Open the bag and check your order before driving off. There have been times where sauces were not placed in bag. Always ask for receipt in the rare case you need to dispute something

β β β β β Walked in tonight and ordered a hot chocolate from the kiosk. It took them 22 MINUTES to make it (and I had to go up and ASK them to do it). No, I'm not making this up - see my receipt.
It seems like the kitchen now is staffed by inexperienced teenagers, and when the manager's not yelling at them excessively she's yelling at all the CUSTOMERS for.... patiently waiting in line?! There's an old lady staffing the hot/cold drinks who's doing almost nothing, customers are getting incorrect orders, nobody has any idea what to do. Also the machine for fountain drinks doesn't work and neither does the "Now Serving" screen.
This place is a disaster and the night manager is clueless. Don't bother coming here, you'll just end up wasting your time.

β β β β β I love McDonald's! I've always been going here since I was a kid with my cousins and playing in the play area. I appreciate how McDonald's has improved their menu over the years to allow for some healthier options and new choices. Especially their coffee, can't get enough of it! Love their fruit and fibre muffin and that is my go to snack ?
