Place closes by 11 pm as posted on the sign... i get there by 930pm, and they tell me dining is closed? Who makes those decisions?
Today, it says it closes at 11 pm... A couple of guys walk in by 1043, and they tell them that they are closed. Btw you were fully staffed from what it seems.
Is management aware of this?
If you are... Is it it ever ok to lie to your customers?
Any comments?
Have some respect... Perhaps your employees don't even tell you this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming to this location since the first day you opened about 2-3 years ago. Today I went in again, as I do EVERY week and I ordered the exact same thing I order every time - Small chicken sandwich, medium spice w/everything in it.
The “lovely” lady working the cash (blue shirt, glasses) at 2:50PM on this Monday (family day) tells me “we don’t have sandwiches here”. I pointed to the screen and she continued to tell me we don’t make sandwich’s, and to choose something else. I said I don’t want something else, I want a sandwich using that bread over there.
She tells me, oh, those are wraps, not sandwich’s, I ordered wrong!!!
Might be an overreaction, but Being condescending because you’re having a bad way is not how you keep customers.
This was my last visit.

I order hot medium half and half and one wrap hot
Extra garlic in both.
The girl didn’t even put the standard garlic sauce. Told me to pay extra for for extra garlic which i had already pay the wrap wasn’t even hot. Not even medium spice. They were very arrogant all of the staff. Customer service was -5 stars. Never go there. They don’t wanna work i dont know why the owner is paying them.
Please take care if you wanna run the business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped going to Osmow's due to bad experiences and poor food. Today I tried out this location hoping it would be better. Well, I was completely wrong. I ordered the chicken on the rocks. The chicken was so dry and hard as if it was left on the grill all day yesterday and heated up again today. The rice was very dry and hard as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order chicken as see in the photo..well... i find the chicken was a bit dry , i went to many similar style of restaurants and places before, most of their chicken is less dry than here... personally i did not enjoy chicken that is dry... this is just my own opinion ..the young guy serve me is very friendly and good...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this osmows many times in the last few years and have slowly witnessed its decline in quality and portion sizing at this and many other locations. Today i decided to visit for National shawarma day after not attending this location for a few months. The chicken on the rocks pictured was only $5 due to the event. I must say, for $5 this is a great value, but to charge anything more than this should be illegal. The portions are so small that you are basically forced to buy a large where other shawarma spots offer twice the portion for the average $10. Also, the overall taste is very bland, almost like eating the color grey. 0/10 would recommend. Try the Lazeez down the street where you'd actually get what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming to this location since they opened. When the owner’s are there they always greet their customers and make sure they are satisfied with their orders. Today, I went and ordered two meals with specific requests due to personal preferences. The workers first said I couldn’t ask for certain things however they have the ingredients and I always get it so I don’t see the problem. Then I confirmed with lady if she was making the correct meal. And she kept assuming me she was doing it correct little did she know she said she read the order screen and messed up the whole order. It’s such a simple process everything was on the screen, yet what a mess this turned out to be.
On top of that, doesn’t even taste fresh at all. Chicken was hard and big chunks, also we got several bones in some of the bites! I’ve experienced little hiccups here and there at this location but today was just unacceptable. On top of it, they should’ve offered to fix the mistakes they made because just closing it and packing it away was not acceptable at all.
Way to ruin our Saturday night ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been huge fan of Osmos’s chicken on the rocks. They used to serve lavish portion with good dose of chicken and enough garlic sauce to make it delicious and tasty. I went their today and had a bad experience.
1. they have reduced the portion size. They container/box was 80% full where as it used to full till top earlier.
2. They have reduced the quality of garlic sauce which they add on the top or rice or chicken, which makes the food dry and not consumable. Earlier it used to be enough/loaded as per the portion, but now they have drastically cut down garlic sauce as per the portion size just to make extra bucks by selling extra garlic sauce at $0.75 per small box.
3. The server will ask you do you want extra garlic sauce, when u say yes they will charge you extra, but when u say l want you to make it as per the original recipe or the way it is meant to be made, they will drastically cut down garlic sauce and serve u almost a dry portion which is not consume-able and waste of money.
I had a experience today, had to go back and buy extra garlic sauce. I ended up spending $28 for a medium and large portion which was not value for money considering its a fast food and there are much better options out there.
