★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one star is for the management. They have a rockstar lady manning all stations by herself with no help from open till 9 pm. That ain’t right. How can you expect the quality of food and service to be exceptional with that sort of staffing?
Update: like I expected. The lady forgot to give extra garlic and tahini that I paid for, even after asking her if she added extra garlic and tahini. She’s not to be blamed though. This is not a one person job. Three thumbs down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osmow's is amazing. This location is poorly run. I've had my order wrong MULTIPLE times. I've never said anything. Last time I had enough and went back after they forgot to add ANY SAUCE to a dry shwarma. I asked for some concessions, even a piece of baklava for making me come all the way back. They acted like mistakes happen all the time, that's life. They called the owner when I insisted they make it up to me somehow, and he said no. I demanded and got a refund. Hopefully the aloof employees had to pay for it so they can finally learn to take orders down right.

Went in for the promotional medium chicken on the rocks for 7.99$…. They didn’t cut the chicken off the giant meat skewer, didn’t re heat my chicken on the flat top grill and the rice was dry.
The chicken looked like it was sitting out for a while b/c that was dry too.
Overall I use to crave osmows chicken on the rocks…. Not anymore.
Atleast not from this location. You’ve been warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fifi makes THEE MOST AMAZING falafel. She remembers the way I like it just a couple hot peppers and a 2 dots of that hot spicy sauce ???
She always works so hard to keep the place clean. I feel so comfortable eating there and it's all because of the amazing customer service from Fifi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through Skip the Dishes. When the order arrived it was missing items. When I called the restaurant directly about the order they said to call back in 15 minutes. When I did they just never picked up the phone. Will not be ordering anything from this location again. Very poor customer service. There is lots of other locations that are better with better tasting food.
